History
Ambitious origins, efficient evolution
LODO started as a larger group of ambitious Citizens, but has since then evolved into a condensed group of generalists and specialists.

Any job has the perfect team waiting to be assembled
Lodo refers to the old title “Locus Dominus”. Originally meant as a humorous (and admittedly hubrous) title unfitting to the small group it then represented. Now we take pride in a name that reflects our dominion in our field(s) of expertise. We dominate not in might, but in skill and specialization. We have generalists with the broadest scopes, and specialists with the finest expertise. That is how we represent the Dominus in our name, by excelling beyond what is expected of any other contractor.
Charter

Growth ends when you think you’ve reached the top.
There is always more to learn, things to optimize, strategies to be formed. Do not simply be the best, try to stay the best.
There is always something to learn, even from those who seem to be less experienced.
Without judgement, watch and listen.
Sometimes people can bring you a unique perspective on things, and in the worst cases you can learn from their mistakes. Do not judge those who haven’t had the chance to learn what you have but instead approach them from a place of kindness and mentorship. Even, or especially, when there is promise of them overtaking you. Competition is key to improvement.
