Manifesto

Our Board of Directors will unveil our official corporate statements soon. Please come back for updated information.

Charter

The Board of Directors has officially announced the rules and regulations that all corporation members must follow.
These rules, and other potentially important pieces of information, are posted below. Please read through them and take them to heart.

General Rules:

  • All corporation members are given freedom of gameplay.
    • The right to do whatever mission or activity a member may choose.
    • The right to deny requests presented by an administrator, director, or fellow member.
      • Orders are not defined as requests and must be followed. A member must understand that orders are given for only extremely justifiable reasons. Orders are very rarely issued, and will always be announced by the Board so all members are given the opportunity to read and understand them.
    • The right to leave or join corporation wide fleet operations at will.
    • The right deny requests for contribution within the corporation.
      • The corporation will never force credits from any members1.
    • The right for any member to present concerns confidentially or publicly to the board.

1 Any administrator, member, or director reported or caught doing so will be immediately relieved of duty.

  • All corporation members are required to assist other corporation members when they are under life-threatening conditions and send a distress call.
    • The corporation is a family…one way or another. Help out your fellow member in his/her time of need.
    • The member in need must send out a distress call in order to receive assistance.
      • The distress call format can be as easy as: Help! (Player Name Here) is in (Location Name Here)! Code (Code Here)!
      • Different distress codes:
        • “Red” = Being attacked by other players.
        • “Green” = Being attacked by NPC’s.
        • “Yellow” = Out of fuel. Can also be an engineering failure.
        • “Blue” = Hull failure.
    • After the distress has been averted (one way or another), members are required to let a director or administrator know that one has taken place. Mentioning the time, players partaking, and problem(s) are highly recommended.
  • All corporation members are able to submit amendments to the rules at any time.
    • These amendments must be approved by a director or administrator prior to implementation.
  • All members must follow a separate specific set of rules during times of war.
    • These rules will be revealed during such times, and do not apply for 99.9% of game time for members.

If any member has questions pertaining to the rules, please contact Bismuth.
