MEOW Syndicate Charter
The MEOW Syndicate operates under a set of principles that ensures the survival, prosperity, and dominance of our organization. These rules aren’t just guidelines—they are the foundation of our power and unity.
Article I: Leadership and Authority
Command Structure: The Syndicate is led by a Council of Captains who oversee operations and ensure the Syndicate’s goals are met. Decisions are made collectively, with respect for each Captain’s domain.
Chain of Command: All members pledge to respect the authority of their assigned leaders. Orders are followed unless they compromise the Syndicate’s survival or honor.
Article II: Membership and Loyalty
Joining MEOW: New recruits are evaluated for skill, cunning, and loyalty. A trial period ensures they are worthy of the Syndicate.
