History

The Church of the Latter-Day Saints (LDS Church) is a major religious organization that has spread throughout the galaxy. The origins of the LDS Church in space can be traced back to the 21st century, when a group of faithful members decided to embark on a mission to colonize a new planet. They called themselves the “Pioneers” and set off on a long journey through the stars.

After many years of searching, the Pioneers eventually found a habitable planet that they named New Kolob. They established a settlement there and began to build a new society based on their beliefs and values. Over time, the community grew and prospered, and the LDS Church became a dominant cultural and political force on the planet.

As the years went by, the LDS Church on New Kolob became increasingly isolated from the rest of humanity. They developed their own unique doctrines and practices, and began to see themselves as a chosen people, divinely appointed to lead the universe to salvation.

In the 27th century, a group of explorers discovered New Kolob and the LDS Church. They were surprised to find a thriving community of Mormons living in space, and were intrigued by their history and beliefs. Over time, the LDS Church on New Kolob became known throughout the galaxy, and many people came to see it as a beacon of hope and enlightenment.

Today, the LDS Church in space is a diverse and vibrant organization that spans multiple planets and star systems. Its members are known for their strong sense of community and their commitment to service and charity. They continue to spread their message of peace and love throughout the galaxy, and remain a shining example of faith and resilience in a universe full of challenges and uncertainties.

Manifesto

Ahoy there, space Mormons! As members of the Church of the Latter-Day Saints in Space, we are rocketing towards the stars with a mission to spread our cosmic beliefs throughout the universe.

Our history is truly out of this world – we were pioneers who boldly went where no Mormons had gone before. After light years of searching, we finally found a planet that we could call home: New Kolob. We built our community there, embracing new interstellar technologies and making a name for ourselves throughout the galaxy.

As devout space Mormons, we believe that there’s a divine power guiding us on our voyage through the cosmos. We work together as a tight-knit community, serving others and providing a welcoming environment that’s truly otherworldly. And we’re not afraid to boldly go where no one has gone before – we embrace progress and innovation, exploring the farthest reaches of the universe with an optimistic spirit.

Of course, we also have a deep respect for otherworldly beings and their beliefs – we’re a tolerant bunch, and we believe in building bridges across the stars to create a more peaceful universe. We’re responsible spacefarers too, taking care of our environment and striving to make our galaxy a more sustainable place.
