Preamble
We, the founding members of MISFIT-Group, establish this charter to secure freedom on our own terms, standing resolute against all hostiles, foreign and domestic. Bound not by banner nor flag, we unite under principles of strength, vision, and guile to safeguard our syndicate and all peace-loving persons of the Verse.

Article I: Name & Identity
• The organization shall be known as MISFIT-Group.
• Its motto shall be “No Banner, No Flag.”

Article II: Mission & Objectives
• To pursue freedom and autonomy in the Verse.
• To operate independently, without allegiance to external factions or governments.

Article III: Membership
• Membership is open to all who enlist in the syndicate.
• As of this charter’s adoption, no formal enlisted ranks shall exist.
• Members are expected to contribute to the collective strength and uphold the principles of MISFIT-Group.

Article IV: Governance
• MISFIT-Group shall be governed by the Trifarix, a council of three equal leaders.
• Each member of the Trifarix embodies one principle of Strength to Achieve Freedom:
• Principle of Might
• Principle of Vision
• Principle of Guile
• Decisions shall be made by majority vote of the Trifarix.

Article V: Code of Conduct
• To be determined and ratified at a future date.

Article VI: Assets & Operations
• Ships shall be provided to members who do not possess a vessel equal-to-or-greater-than the outlined Ship-of-the-Line in its respected class.
• Shared resources shall be managed to ensure operational readiness and equitable support for all members.

Article VII: Amendments
• This charter may be amended during quarterly meetings.
• Amendments require approval by majority vote of the Trifarix.

Article VIII: Ratification
This charter is hereby ratified and signed by the founding members of the Trifarix:
