NAKHTI SHADOW INDUSTRY // [N51]

SHIPS DIE. INDUSTRY ENDURES.

History

I. THE CALCULUS OF LOSS
Nakhti Shadow Industry (NSI) was founded on a simple, industrial truth: Conflict creates waste, and waste is lost profit.

In the aftermath of the ‘Verse’s constant skirmishes, vast industrial assets were being abandoned. Lawful corporations deemed recovery too risky, while opportunistic scavengers lacked the infrastructure to process capital-class hulls. Trillions in structural metals, components, and technology were left to drift.

NSI was incorporated to fill the vacuum between lawful industry and high-risk recovery. Founded by a core team of deep-space engineers and logistics veterans, we established a new standard for heavy salvage. We do not chase glory or political agendas. We exist to bring industrial discipline to the chaos of the post-battlefield environment.

Our reputation is built on reliability. When NSI moves in, the sector is cleared, the assets are recovered, and the ledger remains green.

“Ships die. Industry endures.”

II. OPERATIONAL CAPABILITIES
NSI is not a social club; it is a specialized industrial machine. We offer structured career paths for operators across four distinct divisions, each essential to the salvage lifecycle.

1. Salvage Operations Division – (The Hands) – The core of NSI. This division handles large-scale shipbreaking, derelict extraction, and hazardous environment operations.

Roles: Hull Cutters (Reclaimer/Vulture), EVA Specialists, Material Recovery Crews.

Focus: Precision dismantling and maximum yield.

2. Industrial Fleet Division – (The Engine) – Responsible for the logistics that keep the yard running. This division manages the transport of processed materials and the maintenance of our heavy assets.

Roles: Industrial Pilots, Heavy Haulers, Fuel & Repair Techs.

Focus: Fleet uptime and supply chain efficiency.

3. Security & Control Division – (The Shield) – Salvage attracts predators. Our security wing does not hunt; it denies access. They hold the perimeter and ensure our industrial crews can work without interruption.

Roles: Escort Pilots, Perimeter Control, Threat Deterrence.

Focus: Asset protection and area denial.

4. Logistics & Contracts – (The Mind) – The administrative backbone that turns scrap into credits. This division handles job planning, rights negotiation, and payout distribution.

Roles: Job Planners, Contract Officers, Inventory Controllers.

Focus: Profit margin and operational oversight.

III. RECRUITMENT & EXPECTATIONS
We are looking for operators who value structure, teamwork, and purpose. We filter for mindset, not just skill—training is provided for the right candidates.

The NSI Standard:

Structured Roleplay: We operate with professional realism. During active operations, we use clear comms, chain of command, and proper terminology. When the shift ends, we relax.

Discipline Over Chaos: We do not tolerate drama, ego, or “loose cannons.” Salvage is dangerous work; safety and procedure come first.

The “Grey” Zone: We operate where the work is. This often means lawful salvage in lawless zones. We protect our own and secure the payload by any means necessary.

If you are tired of chasing explosions and want to be the crew that moves in after— Welcome to the yard.

Manifesto

I. THE PHILOSOPHY
“Ships die. Industry endures.”

Nakhti Shadow Industry (NSI) is not a political entity, a pirate syndicate, or a lawful crusader. We are an industrial force. We believe that entropy—destruction, decay, and wreckage—is the only constant in the ‘Verse. Our purpose is to impose order upon that entropy.

Where others see tragedy in a destroyed hull, we see a resource flow that must be controlled. We do not judge the conflict; we harvest the result.

II. CORE DIRECTIVES
These three principles guide every contract, every cut, and every credit earned by NSI.

1. Efficiency Over Flair We reject the pilot ego. We do not attempt unnecessary maneuvers or high-risk “heroics” for the sake of appearance. An operation is successful only if it is completed with minimum time and zero unnecessary damage.

The NSI Way: Use the right tool, make the clean cut, move to the next wreck.

2. Discipline Over Chaos The vacuum is unforgiving of mistakes. We operate with the mindset of a shipyard crew, not a loose band of adventurers. We respect the Chain of Command because it ensures safety in hazardous environments.

The NSI Way: Clear comms. Assigned roles. Absolute coordination.

3. Profit Without Waste We are minimizing loss. Leaving recoverable assets behind is a failure of process. Expending expensive ordinance on unnecessary fights is a failure of strategy.

The NSI Way: Every movement of the fleet must justify its cost on the balance sheet.

III. OPERATIONAL ETHICS
How NSI interacts with the rest of the ‘Verse.

The Grey Line: NSI operates in the deep vacuum between lawful industry and high-risk zones. We follow the laws of physics and profit first. We do not shy away from lawless systems if the salvage yield justifies the risk.

Asset Denial: We are not aggressors, but we protect our claims. If a site is contested, NSI Security is authorized to ensure “Asset Denial”—if we can’t harvest it, no one will.

Professionalism: We maintain a “quiet professional” reputation. NSI members do not engage in global chat toxicity, griefing, or petty drama. Our work speaks for itself.

IV. THE PLEDGE
To the NSI Operator: “I understand that salvage is real work. I pledge to operate with precision, to respect the safety of my crew, and to maximize the value of every hull I touch. I leave the glory to the fighters; I take the profit for the yard.”

Charter

OPERATIONAL BYLAWS
Effective Date: 2955 Authority: NSI Command

The following Charter defines the rights, responsibilities, and restrictions for all contractors and employees of Nakhti Shadow Industry (NSI). Acceptance of a contract or membership within NSI constitutes a binding agreement to adhere to these protocols.

I. MEMBERSHIP & CONDUCT
1. Professionalism Standard

NSI is a “Low Drama, High Efficiency” work environment.

Toxic Behavior: Racism, harassment, excessive toxicity, or griefing of friendly/neutral entities is grounds for immediate contract termination (Ban).

The “Grey” Rule: While NSI operates in the legal grey zones of the ‘Verse, we are not griefers. We do not pad-ram, we do not spawn-camp, and we do not attack without a profit motive or defensive necessity.

2. Communication Protocol

Ops Comms: During active operations, Clear Comms are enforced. Chatter is kept to a minimum. Use standard NSI callouts.

Open Comms: Outside of operations, general channels are open for casual conversation.

Discord/Voice: Presence on the secure comms server (Discord) is mandatory during active fleet operations.

3. Multi-Org Policy

Affiliates: NSI accepts affiliate members, provided their main organization is not a direct industrial competitor or a known hostile entity.

Redacted Members: Members wishing to keep their affiliation “Redacted” for security reasons must clear this with NSI Command.

II. RANK & PROGRESSION
Progression in NSI is meritocratic. Rank is earned through competency, activity, and trust, not just time served.

1. The Industrial Ladder

Scraphand (Probation): New hires. Must complete a basic vetting operation to prove they can listen and fly safely.

Salvage Operator / Hull Tech: The core workforce. Proven reliable in standard operations.

Cut Lead / Foreman: Trusted leaders capable of managing a sub-team or a specific ship’s operation.

Yardmaster (Command): High-level strategic oversight.

2. Promotions

Promotions are reviewed monthly by Command. Criteria include:

Technical skill (can you strip a hull efficiently?).

Teamwork (do you cover your wingman/salvage partner?).

Leadership (can you organize a chaotic site?).

III. OPERATIONAL PROCEDURES

1. The Profit Priority

All actions taken by NSI assets must have a financial justification. We do not waste fuel or munitions on “grudge matches.” If a fight costs more than the salvage is worth, we disengage.

2. Rules of Engagement (RoE)

Green Zone: Weapons hold.

Yellow Zone (Neutral/Unclaimed): Weapons tight. Fire only if fired upon or if a target interferes with active salvage operations (Asset Denial).

Red Zone (Hostile): Weapons free. NSI Security is authorized to preemptively clear threats to the industrial fleet.

3. Loot & Profit Sharing

The Split: Profits from organized NSI operations are split evenly among all participants (including security and logistics), minus a standard 10% Org Tax for fuel, repairs, and capital ship acquisition.

Personal Salvage: Solo operations run on your own time are yours to keep 100%.

IV. DISCIPLINARY ACTION
Violation of this Charter results in the following escalation:

Verbal Warning: Issued by a Yardmaster or Foreman.

Contract Suspension: Demotion to Scraphand and suspension from fleet ops for a set duration.

Termination (Blacklist): Permanent removal from NSI.

Signed, NSI Command
