ORIGINS: THE NOIR INITIATIVE

2953: The Foundation

Noir Travel was established not as a military force, but as a logistical necessity. Founded by a cadre of retired advocacy pilots and luxury fleet commanders, the goal was simple: To provide a transport service where safety is the baseline, not a luxury.

2955: The Network Era

With the introduction of the proprietary Noir Dispatch System, the organization evolved from a private concierge service into a system-wide network. Utilizing advanced encryption and a fleet of high-end vessels like the Origin 890 Jump and 600i, Noir Travel bridged the gap between security and comfort.

2. NEUTRALITY IN SERVICE
Noir Travel is a non-political entity. We serve the contract. Whether you are a corporate executive from MicroTech or an independent operator from Grim HEX, as long as you adhere to our protocols and pay the fee, you are under our protection.

3. EXPERIENCE OVER EFFICIENCY
Speed is important, but the experience is vital. We reject the utilitarian nature of Drake-style transport. A Noir client does not just arrive; they arrive rested, entertained, and in style.

OPERATIONAL PROTOCOLS & CHARTER

By associating with Noir Travel, all Operators and Clients agree to the following binding protocols.

ARTICLE I: CONDUCT & PROFESSIONALISM

  • Uniformity: Operators must adhere to the dress code (Formal wear for luxury transits, heavy armor for extractions).
  • Integrity: Scamming, griefing, or exploiting clients is grounds for an immediate blacklist and report to the UEE (CIG).
  • Respect: Maintain a professional demeanor on all frequencies. We are the face of luxury.

ARTICLE II: OPERATIONAL SECURITY (OPSEC)

  1. Never reveal a Client’s location to third parties.
  2. Do not stream active operations without explicit Client consent.
  3. Ticket information is classified. Leaking data is treason.

ARTICLE III: ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY (RMT)

  • NO REAL MONEY TRADING: Noir Travel operates strictly on aUEC (Alpha United Earth Credits) and in-game assets.
  • Soliciting real-world currency for services is a violation of this Charter and CIG Terms of Service. Any member found engaging in RMT will be expelled immediately.

ARTICLE IV: NEUTRALITY

We operate in all sectors of Stanton. While on duty, Noir Operators are neutral parties. We do not engage in factional warfare unless fired upon or in defense of a Client.

ARTICLE V: THE DISPATCH SYSTEM

All operations must be logged through our secure terminal at noirtravel.space. Ad-hoc beacons are only permitted in extreme emergencies.
