I came, I saw, and I forgot what I was doing.
I also feel the need to mention that all applications are accepted and there is not going to be any corp tax or mandatory activities.
We all started as a novice at one point, to claim otherwise only shows you have much to learn.
The second reason I started this group is because I had no intention of always trying to be nice to the boss and act as if they never did anything stupid. Too many times a leader of some online organization get’s insulted and you get kicked. Too many times organizations try to tell you what to do while you play and how you do it. So I said no, and I refuse to treat someone like they are special because of a video game.
You won’t get kicked or demoted from my group unless you do something so insane I can’t imagine it. You got a better chance of being banned before you are forced to leave.
I was reading some of these other Organizations with crap like ‘don’t undermine leaders’ and ‘act in a way that makes us look good’ with a ‘don’t take org matters into your own hands’ charter that made me remember why I made my own group.
Also saw that ‘you need to join our forums on x website’ crap a lot. I don’t want to have to trek across the internet and then fill out forms and have some chump assess me.
You owe me nothing, and I owe you nothing.
Same rules that apply to you apply to everyone else, even the founder which is me.
You don’t have to be an adult just act like one, that means you have an issue with someone either solve it or block them.
You do not have to like or listen to anyone else, but that means no one else is forced to care either.
Expect no one to listen to you unless it makes sense.
Be reasonable.
Speak your mind if you feel the need to do so.
Don’t run with scissors.
