History

The Final Notice was formally established on August 6th, 2956, with a simple purpose: to provide professional, dependable, and accountable bounty hunting services to those who require them.

In an increasingly connected universe, individuals can disappear behind distance, false identities, and the vastness of space. The Final Notice was created to close that gap. Our organization exists to locate those who believe they cannot be found, pursue those who believe they cannot be caught, and bring legitimate contracts to their conclusion.

We are not pirates. We are not vigilantes. We are not driven by unnecessary violence or personal vendettas. We are a professional organization built upon discipline, intelligence, preparation, and results.

Every contract carries the reputation of our organization. Every member carries the responsibility of protecting it.

From our first contract onward, The Final Notice will operate with one principle above all others:

A notice may be ignored. A warrant may be forgotten. But the final notice is never missed.

Manifesto

Justice begins where excuses end.

The Final Notice exists to bring fugitives to account through professionalism, precision, and discipline. We are not vigilantes seeking glory, nor are we marauders driven by greed. Every contract accepted is a commitment to complete the mission efficiently, lawfully, and without unnecessary collateral damage.

We believe that preparation outweighs firepower, intelligence is more valuable than luck, and teamwork is the difference between success and failure. Our members are expected to conduct themselves with integrity, respect their fellow hunters, and continually refine their skills in tracking, reconnaissance, interception, and combat.

Every operation reflects the reputation of this organization. We value clear communication, sound judgment, and the ability to adapt under pressure. Recklessness has no place within our ranks.

Whether pursuing a fugitive across Stanton, escorting a high-value prisoner, or supporting allied organizations, our objective remains the same: complete the contract with professionalism and leave no doubt that the assignment has been fulfilled.

When diplomacy fails, warrants are issued.

When warrants are ignored…

The Final Notice is delivered.

Charter

Rules & Code of Conduct
1. Professionalism Above All

Every member represents The Final Notice. Conduct yourself with maturity, respect, and professionalism at all times.

2. Respect the Chain of Command

Operational leaders have final authority during missions. Disagreements are handled after the operation, not during it.

3. Team Before Self

Success belongs to the organization, not the individual. Support your fellow hunters and never intentionally jeopardize a teammate for personal gain.

4. Honor Every Contract

Accept only assignments that can be completed with confidence and commitment. Once a contract is accepted, complete it or communicate why it cannot be.

5. Minimize Collateral Damage

Accomplish the objective while avoiding unnecessary destruction, civilian casualties, and damage to neutral parties whenever possible.

6. Intelligence First

Gather information before engaging. A well-planned operation is always preferred over a rushed assault.

7. Maintain Operational Security

Do not share organization plans, member information, fleet compositions, or sensitive intelligence outside of The Final Notice.

8. Respect Allies and Neutral Parties

Treat lawful organizations and neutral citizens with respect. Unnecessary hostility damages our reputation and future opportunities.

9. No Piracy

The Final Notice is a bounty hunting organization—not a pirate crew. Theft, extortion, or attacking lawful players without cause is prohibited while representing the organization.

10. Follow the Law

Members are expected to operate within UEE law whenever practical. Criminal activity must never interfere with organizational objectives or reputation.

11. Be Prepared

Maintain your ships, equipment, armor, and supplies before deployment. Arriving unprepared wastes everyone’s time.

12. Communicate Clearly

Use concise and accurate communications during operations. Report contacts, threats, casualties, and mission updates promptly.

13. Help Develop Fellow Hunters

Experienced members are expected to mentor new recruits, share knowledge, and strengthen the organization through cooperation.

14. Resolve Conflicts Respectfully

Internal disputes are handled privately through leadership. Public arguments and harassment are unacceptable.

15. Reputation Is Everything

Every action taken under The Final Notice name reflects on every member. Earn trust through competence, reliability, and integrity.
