History

After repeated failures by megacorporations and delayed UEE responses in frontier systems, a coalition of: • ex-UEE military, • corporate security defectors, • and independent contractors

formed a self-governing Private Military Command.

Their belief was simple:

Security should be provided by those willing to stand in the line of fire — not those hiding behind contracts.

Thus, NOVA ORDA was born as a contract-first, loyalty-driven PMC, operating where others hesitate.

What NOVA ORDA Is

NOVA ORDA is: • A full-spectrum PMC • Capable of ground assaults, fleet engagements, orbital insertions, and long-term security contracts • Structured like a real military, but not bound by UEE politics

They operate under Rules of Engagement, not morality theater.
They complete contracts cleanly, decisively, and visibly.

What NOVA ORDA Is Not • Not pirates • Not griefers • Not chaos-for-fun

Violence is a tool, not a personality trait.

NOVA ORDA exists to bring order through action.

We are a Private Military Company built for the chaos of the ‘verse. We do what others can’t. Or won’t. Large-scale operations. Contracted warfare. Escort runs. Rescue missions. Mining support. Even black ops when the credits are right. If the job pays, we’ll take it.

But our true strength? Unity. Structure. Execution.

We are not here to build another hollow shell of an org. We’re here to create an ecosystem—a war engine—where the line between commerce and combat is blurred for the sake of power, profit, and presence.

Manifesto

Here at N.O.V.A O.R.D.A we have a strong sense of community. We have a no nonsense view on any kind discrimination, harassment, and griefing on fellow org member. This includes groups we work with, affiliates, and alliances. We have a very active group that are in VC each night and often lend a hand to new players, those that need to earn credits toward a goal, or the current game event. The goal of NOA is to create a space where everyone feels at home. In the spirit of growth and camaraderie, we hold weekly discussions to determine our priorities and set our objectives. Leadership remains open to suggestions and is committed to executing our plans, within reasonable limits.

Charter

At the heart of NOVA ORDA is one belief

Order must be enforced — or chaos will always win.

Key pillars:
  • Chain of Command is absolute during ops
  • Discipline no ego
  • Mission success over personal gain
  • Silence, clarity, and precision in comms
  • Everyone has a role — no passengers

NOVA ORDA – Organization Rules

“Professional during ops. Human everywhere else.”

1. Commitment & Reliability
  • If you sign up for an op, you are expected to show.
  • If something comes up, communicate early — no penalties for real life.
  • Repeated no-shows without communication = loss of trust, not punishment.
Reliability matters more than skill.

2. Respect the Chain of Command (During Ops Only)
  • During declared operations, leaders give direction.
  • Disagreements wait until after the op.
  • Outside of ops, rank does not equal authority.

No ego. No power tripping.

3. Comms Discipline • Keep comms relevant, accurate, brief, and clear. • No yelling, rage, or emotional comms during ops. • Silence is acceptable — dead air is not a problem.
Clear comms win fights.

4. No Lone-Wolfing
  • NOVA ORDA operates as teams.
  • If you’re assigned a role, stay in your lane.
  • Hero plays that compromise the plan are not respected.

Mission over individual stats.

5. Milsim Boundaries
  • Milsim standards apply during declared operations.
  • Outside ops, this is a community — relax.
  • Hardcore tactics are opt-in, role-based, and department-owned.

No one needs military experience to belong here.

6. New Player Protection
  • Teach first. Correct second. Never belittle.
  • No “you should already know this.”
  • If a system is confusing, the system is wrong — not the player.

We grow strength by growing people.

7. No Gatekeeping or IRL Flexing
  • Real-world experience is respected, not weaponized.
  • No IRL rank comparisons.
  • No “in the real military we did it this way” arguments mid-op.

This is Star Citizen, not boot camp.

8. Role Ownership
  • If you take a slot, you perform the role.
  • If you don’t know how, say so — training will be provided.
  • Abandoning your role without coordination hurts the team.

Say “I need help” early.

9. Behavior & Conduct
  • No harassment, discrimination, or toxic behavior.
  • No griefing, trolling, or intentional team disruption.
  • Conflicts go to leadership — not public channels.

We handle problems like professionals.

10. Leadership Expectations
  • Leaders enable play — they don’t control people.
  • Leaders teach, coordinate, and de-escalate.
  • Authority exists to serve the mission, not the ego.

Leadership is responsibility, not privilege.

11. Consequences
  • NOVA ORDA does not punish mistakes.
  • Patterns of behavior are addressed directly.
  • Repeated violations may result in:
  • loss of leadership roles
  • restricted op access
  • removal from the org (last resort)

Transparency always comes first.

12. The Prime Rule
If you remember nothing else, remember this:

During ops we are disciplined and professional. Outside ops, we are a community that plays together.
