The history of raisers

Once upon a time a group of three old and loony Wing Commander veterans were retired.
They were tiered to life on earth and decided after a long time to ascend again to heaven.
Each of the three veterans bought quickly a ship and together they are launched into new adventures.
They launched into new adventures to explore the deep space, always with the challenge to help needy.
