The Directive Is Final: By Directive or by Force
History
In the final years of the UEE’s failed stabilization campaign in Ferron System, a covert enforcement unit known as Task Force Halo was deployed to suppress civilian unrest and anti-Imperial insurgency across collapsing fringe colonies. Among these colonies was Corsen Outpost 17, a key logistics and communications relay considered expendable in high-level planning documents.
During a coordinated insurrection event later referred to as the Corsen Breach UEE High Command issued a full withdrawal and abandonment order. However, Administrator Kaelen Thorne, the field commander of Halo assets in Corsen sector, disobeyed.
Instead of retreating, he purged. Civilians. Insurgents. Defectors. UEE personnel who refused the directive.
What remained was not a unit under Imperial oversight it was a Directive of its own making.
Manifesto
I.
ORDER IS ABSOLUTE
The universe trends toward entropy. Weak systems build weak laws.
We are not law. We are the consequence of its failure.
Where order collapses, we replace it not with debate, but with control.
II.
LOYALTY IS A LIABILITY
We do not serve empires, flags, or names.
Our allegiance is to Directive, not doctrine.
If you need to believe in something, believe in the cold truth of purpose.
III.
MERCY IS INEFFICIENCY
We are not peacekeepers. We are force multipliers.
Civilians are not collateral they are variables. Variables are to be controlled.
Hesitation is corruption. Clean operations. Clear objectives. No loose ends.
IV.
COMMAND IS FINAL
When orders come down, they are carried out.
Disagreement is not tolerated. Dissent is not corrected it is deleted.
The Directive does not pause. The Directive does not negotiate.
V.
HISTORY IS A TOOL
We do not exist in official records and we never will.
Our name is carried in fear, in silence, and in the reorganization of failure.
We are the specter that follows collapse.
We are the Directive that rises in its place.
