History
Ozzy’s Operations was formed as a means for me to gather a small group of like-minded people for enjoying the Star Citizen Universe. While we don’t have an open discord at the moment, we are graciously accepting anyone into our ranks that can pass a simple vetting process.

Manifesto
Ozzy’s Operations Driving Principles:
1. We believe everyone should be able to mine whatever they want, whenever they want.
2. We believe in opening mining up as a game loop, not keeping it walled off.
3. We will do our best to assist anyone in their journey through mining or minor industrial endeavors.
4. We will viciously defend our employees with every fiber of our being as an entity.
5. We choose simplicity over trends and enjoyment over profit at the end of the day.
Charter
Ozzy’s Operations Operating Procedures:
1. Do not fire unless fired upon.
2. If fired upon, leave nothing behind.
3. Do not instigate conflict with or harass other org members or alliance members. In short; Don’t be a dick.
4. Have fun, but know when to maintain professionalism.
