Section I: Code of Conduct
Respect and Professionalism: All members shall treat fellow citizens, org-mates, and allies with respect. Toxic behaviour, harassment, and griefing are strictly prohibited under the Paladin banner.

Chain of Command: During official operations (whether combat or industrial), members must follow the directives of designated fleet commanders and squad leaders to ensure operational success and safety.

Representation: When flying under the Paladin Corporation tag, your actions reflect on the entire organisation. Act with honour and professionalism at all times.

Section II: Operational Regulations
Piracy and Lawlessness: Paladin Corporation is a legitimate security and industrial entity. Unauthorised piracy, random attacks on non-hostile civilians, and intentional crime-stat generation during org operations are forbidden.

Asset Protection: Members are expected to assist in the defence of corporate assets, industrial fleets, and trade routes when called upon by Security division leadership.

Resource Sharing: Profits from coordinated corporate operations (mining runs, cargo hauling, or combat contracts) shall be distributed fairly in accordance with the guidelines set by the operational lead.

Section III: Membership & Activity
Unity Over Division: While members are encouraged to specialise in their preferred divisions (Security, Logistics, or Industry), we operate as one cohesive unit. Cross-divisional support is expected whenever needed.

Real Life First: We recognise that life outside the verse comes first. Members are not penalised for real-world commitments, but communication regarding extended absences is appreciated.

Failure to adhere to this Charter may result in disciplinary action up to and including immediate expulsion from Paladin Corporation.
