History Manifesto Charter

History

Founded on Levski in the Nyx system in 2849 by Jae Horsten, the People’s Alliance Militia was created out of need for a fast response defensive force to counter the increased threat of vanduul, nine tails, and other exploitative groups towards the citizens of levski and other peaceful inhabitants of Nyx.

Containing mostly volunteers, PAMI is an independent militia full of idealists. While trying to resemble a professional military, it fails on several key areas due to being severely underfunded. It funds its operations from freelance work around the universe, and while PAMI has a moral code, they cannot always make sure the funding they receive comes from the most reputable sources.

PAMI’s fleet with one exeception being it’s flagship, the polaris model corvette class PAMSS Tombstone, has no permanent standing fleet and no standardization nor uniformity. Its members use what they have on hand, both civilian and military ships alike.

PAMIs strength has since its founding been rapid response to threats, maintaining intergrity in rules of engagement and keeping high morale due to agreement in a common cause.

The defence of the Peoples Alliance of Levski, its people, it’s laws and ideas.

Maintain a force strong enough to stand against any threat using what means available.

Charter

Lore laws:

1. PAMIs members only represent the militia once mobilised. What its individual members decide to do outside of Nyx is of no concern to the organization.

2. PAMI follows the People’s alliance of Levski’s principles of free thoughts and views, cooperation being the only way things keep running as they should, as well as the avoidance of attempts to exploit, profit from, or deprive any innocents from their goods and/or health.

3. PAMI is strictly a defensive force, and mobilises only for that purpose. The militia will never assist its allies and partners in any action it regards as offensive.
