History
Paradigm Engineering Services was founded in January of 2016 as Paradigm Military Contracting with a focus on providing organizations with a turnkey option to supplement their existing forces for large scale operations.
As time went on, and the game has been developed, we have pivoted to the procurement of military components with a secondary focus on providing engineers, repair crews and turret gunners for corporations needing to fill out their skeleton crews.
In March 2026, we officially rebranded as Paradigm Engineering Services.

Recognizing the growing disparity between multicrew vessel ownership and operational readiness, our organization provides the specialized logistical infrastructure and personnel necessary to maintain peak combat effectiveness. We offer our customers a dual-stream support model: maintaining a robust logistical pipeline for military-grade components as well as delivering highly-trained flight technicians—from turret gunners to systems engineers. We ensure our customers’ fleets stay fully crewed, fully supplied, and fully repaired, no matter the theater of operation.
To ensure sustained mission endurance, we operate a self-contained industrial ecosystem. Our mining and refining divisions secure the raw materials necessary to insulate our operations from market volatility and supply shortages. Furthermore, we leverage established procurement channels to source high-performance components that exceed standard civilian specifications. By managing the entire pipeline—from resource extraction to the delivery of specialized hardware—we provide a level of fleet readiness that off-the-shelf solutions cannot match.
What sets us apart is our commitment to a crew-first framework that eliminates the stagnation of traditional fleet operations.
