The Penrose Program is dedicated to scouting new worlds, discovering scientific marvels in the old systems and establishing a new front for humanity and its allies.
History
The Penrose Program was establish in 2954 with the unified goal of discovering new worlds and understanding the scientific nature of the galaxy.
Manifesto
The Penrose Program was established with the following core beliefs and motives
1: The Universe is to be explored, documented and understood.
2: Any alien life and ecosystems are to be preserved as natural as they can and studied for the benefit of all beings.
3: Humanity and its allies have a duty to settle new worlds for scientific understanding and terraform lifeless worlds to a state that can support and seed new life.
4: Citizenship among the stars is guaranteed and any UEE civillian is welcome to join the program regardless of citizenship status.
5: All sentient beings are equal to each other and all beings are to be respected as such.
Charter
The Penrose Program Guidelines outline expected behaviour from its participants.
1) The Penrose Program does not tolerate hatred towards other beings inside or outside The Program.
2) Stealing, harming or sabotaging The Programs or The Programs Affiliates will result in punishment.
3) Program members have the right to defend themself from hostile threats by whatever means necessary as long as no harm befalls innocent beings.
4) Members have the right to explain their actions to a senior member of the program before punishment is to be actioned.
5) Collaboration is expected but not required as long as The Programs’ manifesto and charter are adhered to.
