History
My group is still in its early days, but I’m looking for semi-dedicated pilots of all types to help build something big—a ruthless Interstellar Crime Syndicate. Whether you’re a smuggler, merc, hacker, or muscle, there’s a place for you here. If you’re ready to carve out a name in the stars and don’t mind getting your hands dirty, let’s make chaos profitable.
Manifesto
No Allegiance. No Apologies. No Survivors.
We operate in the shadows of a dead system. Pyro isn’t home — it’s a hunting ground. The weak call it lawless. We call it efficient.
We are bounty hunters by trade, killers by necessity. We don’t care who you are, who you serve, or what cause you’re dying for. If your name ends up on our slate, it’s already too late. We don’t waste time with questions. We don’t pretend to be heroes. The only thing that matters is the payout — and we always collect.
There is no code here. No loyalty beyond the job. Trust is earned through results, not promises. We don’t take sides — we take contracts. And we finish them with precision and finality.
The Phoenix Initiative doesn’t need recognition. We don’t broadcast. We don’t negotiate. We execute. And when the dust settles, our work speaks louder than any flag or faction ever could.

Purpose:
To execute high-risk, high-value bounty and contract operations with lethal precision and zero political entanglement.
Operating Principles:
Profit Over Pride
Personal glory means nothing if it costs the crew. We move smart, not loud—credits are the only scoreboard that matters.
Loyalty is Earned, Betrayal is Final
Trust is built through action. Turn on the Syndicate once, and you’re out—permanently and without ceremony.
Always Control the Narrative
Whether it’s with a smile, a bribe, or a railgun—control how the world sees us. We are ghosts when needed, monsters when required.
Divide the Risk, Share the Cut
Crew eats together, bleeds together. No one flies solo unless the job calls for it—and even then, there’s a lookout.

Membership Requirements:
Minimum Age: 18+
We want mature pilots who can communicate and cooperate effectively.
Microphone & Voice Comms (e.g., Discord)
Clear comms are essential for coordinated operations—if you can’t talk, you can’t work.
Basic Game Knowledge
You don’t need to be elite, but you should know how to fly, fight, or smuggle without babysitting.
Semi-Dedicated Activity
We’re not asking for 24/7 commitment, but we do want active members who show up for ops and check-ins.
No Drama, No Ego
We run tight operations. Keep it professional, even if we’re criminals.
Archetype Fit
Looking for pilots across roles: smugglers, bounty hunters, hackers, haulers, enforcers, intel specialists, and more. Just know your lane—or be ready to learn it.
Must Not Be Law-Abiding
This is a syndicate, not a peacekeeping coalition. If you’re worried about reputation with the UEE, this ain’t for you.
