History

Phoenix Company was formed in 2956 by a small group of independent operators who grew frustrated with two extremes in the ‘verse — bloated security forces that moved too slowly, and undisciplined mercenary crews that relied on chaos instead of coordination.

The founding members had worked across UEE security contracts, corporate asset protection details, and frontier system response operations. They saw a recurring problem:

Objectives failed not from lack of firepower —
but from lack of discipline.

Convoys were lost due to poor communication.
Extraction teams were wiped because of ego.
Contracts collapsed under disorganized leadership.

Phoenix Company was built to correct that.

Rather than assemble a large battalion-style force, the founders structured the organization around small, tightly coordinated strike elements. Teams trained to deploy rapidly, execute with precision, and withdraw before escalation spiraled beyond the mission scope.

Early contracts focused on:

High-risk bunker clearance

Escorting independent haulers through contested routes

Targeted removal of criminal cell leadership

Asset recovery in unstable territories

Reputation came not from numbers — but from results.

Where larger forces required dozens of personnel, Phoenix Company delivered outcomes with a fraction of the footprint. Clients began seeking them for missions that required discretion, speed, and controlled application of force.

Though UEE-aligned in principle, Phoenix Company does not operate as a political entity. They remain contractors — loyal to their team, committed to their contracts, and adaptable to the realities of frontier space.

When operations go wrong, when systems destabilize, when precision matters more than presence —

Phoenix Company deploys.

From Ashes, We Rise.

Manifesto

“Precision Over Presence.”

The verse is full of noise.

Large organizations flood objectives with bodies and call it strength.
Pirates call chaos freedom.
Bureaucracies call hesitation strategy.

We call it inefficiency.

Phoenix Company was founded on a simple belief:

Victory does not belong to the largest force.
It belongs to the most disciplined one.

We are not a battalion.
We are not a militia.
We are not an undisciplined swarm chasing kill counts.

We are a contracted solution.

We deploy in small, coordinated elements designed to achieve decisive outcomes with minimal exposure. Every operator has a role. Every movement has intent. Every round fired serves a purpose.

We do not escalate without reason.
We do not act without planning.
We do not abandon our own.

The Phoenix does not burn for spectacle.
It burns to be reborn stronger.

We operate where contracts demand — lawful systems, gray zones, and contested space. We are aligned by principle, not constrained by politics. Our loyalty is to our team and to mission success.

In Phoenix Company:

Discipline is strength.
Coordination is force multiplication.
Professionalism is power.

We rise when others collapse.
We strike when others hesitate.
We finish what others cannot.

From Ashes, We Rise.
