Good News Everyone! If you’re thinking, “This is awesome! Are we gonna fly through space fighting monsters and teaching alien women to love?” You’re right! As long as it is delivering cargo!

History

Planet Express began as a small independent hauling operation founded by a crew of pilots who possessed three important qualities:

1. A ship that technically flew.
2. A willingness to accept dangerous contracts.
3. Very poor long-term financial planning.

Originally operating out of a single landing zone with limited credits and unlimited confidence, Planet Express survived by taking jobs other organizations considered unprofitable, suspicious, or outright ridiculous.

Early deliveries included emergency medical supplies, mining equipment, replacement ship parts, and at least one shipment nobody asked questions about.

As the company expanded, so did its reputation.

Planet Express became known not for elegance or military power, but for reliability under terrible circumstances.

If a route was dangerous, a system unstable, or the odds unreasonable, Planet Express usually accepted the contract anyway.

Today, Planet Express continues to grow as an independent organization focused on logistics, exploration, industry, and survival — proving that determination, luck, and questionable judgment can still build a successful corporation.

Manifesto

Good News, Everyone — We Deliver Almost Anything.

Welcome to Planet Express

Planet Express is a highly questionable interstellar delivery corporation operating somewhere between professionalism and controlled chaos.

Founded on the principle that someone, somewhere, needs something moved from Point A to Point B — regardless of danger, legality, questionable smells, or pirate activity — Planet Express proudly accepts contracts that others would refuse for perfectly reasonable reasons.

We are couriers.
We are haulers.
We are opportunists.
We are occasionally underqualified.

And somehow, we still get the job done.

Our Mission

Planet Express exists to:

  • Deliver cargo across the verse.
  • Make money doing it.
  • Survive long enough to spend that money.
  • Expand our reputation through reckless determination and moderate competence.
  • Build a crew worth flying with.

Failure is temporary.
Insurance claims are forever.

Core Corporate Values

## 1. Delivery First, Questions Later

If it fits in the cargo hold, we can probably move it.

If it does not fit in the cargo hold, we will still discuss options. It could just go on the roof!

Planet Express believes every contract deserves at least one bad idea before being rejected.

## 2. Controlled Chaos

A perfect plan rarely survives first contact with docking permissions, pirates, asteroid fields, or somebody forgetting to refuel.

Planet Express thrives in disorder.

We adapt.
We improvise.
We occasionally panic.

But we finish the job mostly.

## 3. Profit Is Encouraged

Credits matter.

We are not a charity.
We are not heroes.
We are a delivery company attempting to survive in a universe where everyone is armed.

Good contracts keep ships flying.
Good crews keep contracts profitable.

## 4. Crew Comes First

A ship is only as effective as the people trying not to crash it.

Planet Express values:

  • Reliable wingmen.
  • Skilled pilots.
  • Cargo specialists.
  • Security escorts.
  • People who remember to bring medpens.

No role is useless.
Except maybe the intern.

## 5. Reputation Matters

We may not always be elegant.
We may not always be efficient.

But we are memorable.

Planet Express aims to become known across the verse as:

  • A company that shows up.
  • A company that takes strange contracts.
  • A company that somehow survives impossible odds.
  • A company that gets paid.

Corporate Structure

### Delivery Division

Moves cargo, supplies, and questionable shipments between systems.

### Security Division

Protects cargo from pirates, raiders, and poor decision-making.

### Exploration Division

Finds new routes, strange locations, and expensive mistakes.

### Industrial Division

Handles mining, salvage, and turning random debris into profit.

### Engineering Division

Responsible for keeping ships operational using duct tape, optimism, and spare parts.

Employee Expectations

All Planet Express personnel are expected to:

  • Show up when possible.
  • Avoid exploding whenever practical.
  • Assist fellow crew members.
  • Follow leadership during operations.
  • Respect company assets.
  • Avoid creating diplomatic incidents.
  • Return with more profit than repair costs.

Failure to comply may result in disciplinary action, reduced pay, or being volunteered for dangerous scouting missions.

Corporate Philosophy

The verse is dangerous.

Pirates lurk in jump points.
Stations overcharge for fuel.
Weather tries to kill you.
Half the universe wants your cargo.

And yet someone still has to make deliveries.

That someone is Planet Express.

Long-Term Vision

Planet Express seeks to become:

  • A respected shipping company probably.
  • A recognizable Star Citizen organization.
  • A trusted convoy partner.
  • A profitable interstellar corporation.
  • A legendary crew with stories worth retelling.

We are not trying to become the biggest.

We are trying to become the most unforgettable.

Final Statement

Planet Express was not built on perfection.

It was built on stubbornness, poor risk assessment, and a belief that every impossible delivery is worth attempting.

We fly because somebody has to.
We deliver because somebody paid us.
We survive because quitting is bad for business.

Planet Express — Somehow Still Operational.

New pilots, veterans, traders, combat specialists, industrial players, and explorers are all welcome.

The only requirement is willingness to contribute and avoid becoming a corporate liability.

Article IV — Leadership Structure

Planet Express shall operate under a structured but flexible hierarchy.

Executive Leadership

Responsible for long-term direction, diplomacy, recruitment, and organizational oversight.

Operations Officers

Members shall:

Avoid unnecessary hostility toward allies.
Respect teammates regardless of experience.
Resolve disputes professionally.

Article VI — Operational Philosophy

Planet Express believes in calculated risk.

We understand that:

Ships explode.
Cargo gets stolen.
Plans collapse.
Bugs happen.
Somebody always forgets fuel.

Operational success is not measured by perfection.

It is measured by adaptability, teamwork, and whether everyone made it back with at least some profit.

Article VII — Corporate Identity

Planet Express is not a military dictatorship. It is not a pirate syndicate. It is not a rigid roleplay authority.

Planet Express is a corporation built for players who enjoy:

Cooperative gameplay.
Humor mixed with structure.
Long-haul progression.
Shared stories.
Chaotic but organized operations.

We value personality as much as performance.

Article VIII — Amendment Rights

This charter may evolve as Planet Express grows.

Leadership retains the right to modify procedures, divisions, and operational standards to better support the organization.

No corporation survives by refusing to adapt.

Charter Closing Statement

Planet Express exists because space is dangerous, contracts are profitable, and somebody has to take the weird jobs.

We fly together. We fail together. We profit together.

And occasionally, we survive together.

Ratified by Planet Express Command Authority.
