History Manifesto Charter

History

We are a consortium known as Titans Conglomerate with different divisions including Titans Resource and Trade with subdivisions, United Leasing Division with subdivisions, Dragons Security Wing and subdivisions, and Research Genesis Exploration wing. Our beginnings stretch back to the 16th century Andalucía when 3 Carracks and one Galleon were bought by enterprising merchants to ply the routes between the old and new world. The increasing demand for goods from the old world allow for the company to expand exponentially covering routes from Europe, South America to Asia with the Asian headquarters established in Manila, Philippines . The routes from Manila extended to China, Japan, Thailand, and India. After the defeat of the Spanish in the Spanish- American war, the company broke up with its main headquarters in Spain, It form a new headquarters in San Francisco, U.S.A. During the 20th century the company flourished beyond expectation with the explosion of economic growth in Asia. During the early 21st century the privatization of the space industry grew with the now Andalucía corporation looking for other opportunities. The corporation rename themselves the Titan corporation in honor of the modified booster Titan rockets brought as surplus from the government. They build one of the first spaceports in the Nevada desert with eventual development of reusable ships. This allowed another exponential growth as the Titan Corporation became the Titan Conglomerate with individual division providing a number of services in developing Mars. Later with discovery of jumps points we were involved in the development of Stanton with continue growth. Since that period we have been involve in charting new areas in the galaxy, establishing new trade routes, and bringing back to humankind beneficial alien technology that has added and in some cases revolutionized our industries in the core systems. Over this time because of the threats encounter we develop our own private security space wing to insure that our ships are protected in plying the space routes of the galaxy. Titan Conglomerate because of their sheer size and impact on trade have also delve into information as a need for continued survival, thus they have connections to many non-traditional backwater channels.

Manifesto

The Council of Guardians seek to expand our knowledge of our universe by the application of trade, resource gathering and exploration. Trade is the foundation of most advance societies in spite of cultural differences. Trade is the key for cultural exchanges and the lever to gain knowledge that may benefit the advancement of our organization. Thus trade is a main focus of our organization but not the only activity. Business alliance will be made with those organizations that share common interest in a mutually beneficial exchanges. Our organizations will be open to other races in the service of carrying out our missions and values which translate to unrestrictive trade. We do not judge any organization or are in conflict with any organization that does not violate the principles of free will of any race. While we value our relationships with the UEE, we are not their agents or enforcers but an organization that values freelancing and fair trade with out restrictions and it will not restrict us from engaging with those organizations that do not consider the UEE partners in trade. This is not in opposition to UEE since we will conduct business with the UEE as well and respect the law under UEE control. We will carry out our own activities to expand present trade . Our focus will be trade abiding by the rule of fair trade and convention that can be agreed on by every trading alliance . Our Corporate Advisory Board will include Banu and Xian representatives and other autonomous regions of the Galaxy to help guide us in understanding the different culture to strengthen our bonds for the benefit of improve trade. Charter

The charter requires and seek people with attributes such as the ability to work with others and the willingness to cooperate, contribute when available, and act in the best interest of the organization. A vow of secrecy for our proprietary trade secrets and ongoing operations. An open mind in interacting with various cultures and respecting their laws while in their domain including pirates.
