Praetorian Security Solutions, LLC / PRAETORSEC

Commander Iain Thorson is a retired police captain having served 25 years with the Terra Global Defense Division. But he may be best known for his actions in the Battle of Vega II. Cmdr. Thorson and an elite team of PRAETORSEC security personnel were acting as the security detachment for a group of UEE diplomats. With the expectation that the Vanduul were willing to comply with the terms of a treaty being established to ensure future colonization of the Vega system for Human-kind, the threat level going into the Vega system was quite low. However unprovoked gunfire on the diplomatic ship was just the first of many attacks to be launched by the Vanduul that day. ALthough overshadowed by the greater battle that was to follow, it was Cmdr. Thorson and his team rallying against overwhelming numbers and putting themselves in the line of fire that allowed the diplomatic team to jump safely out of the system. The surviving members of PRAETORSEC were able to regroup and jump to safety themselves but not without great sacrifice. Now Cmdr. Thorson aims to use the budget allotted to him by the UEE War Department to help bolster the ranks of Praetorian Security Solutions for the upcoming war.
