Let it be known across the systems, from Terra to Pyro and the space known or unknown, that in the Standard Earth Year 2955,
a decision was cast under unified consensus by six sovereign commanders — known henceforth as the Founding Council / The Echelon Primes —
to form an elite, multi-disciplinary division under independent flag and charter:
The Phoenix Strike Division (PXSD)

In recognition of escalating intersystem threats, and in defiance of the ever-growing chaos plaguing the stars —
from unchecked piracy and corporate exploitation, to deep-space abandonment of the wounded and the forgotten —
this division was conceived as a beacon of dominance, unity, and retribution.

Our creed is simple:
“Fuck around, and find out.”
But our message is precise:
You may not see us coming. But you’ll know we were there.

We are the Phoenix Strike Division.

Forged in fire and refined in shadow, we are the sovereign hand of action in a galaxy plagued by hesitation and corruption.
We do not serve political machines. We do not bow to profit-lords. We owe allegiance only to our own — and to the unbreakable code we carry within us.

We are warriors, medics, miners, operatives, haulers, and specters.
We are the strike that precedes the silence — the fire that comes after the fall.
Where others hesitate, we deploy. Where others retreat, we recover.
Where others vanish… we endure.

We are not a military. We are not a mercenary guild.
We are a Division. Unified. Lethal. Loyal.

We do not ask permission.

“Strike first. End clean. Bring them home. Leave no trace.”

This is the Phoenix way.

I. Purpose & Authority
The Phoenix Strike Division exists to:

Conduct multi-role operations across all legal and greyspace zones.

Execute rapid deployment missions with autonomous command structure.

Maintain independent capability in combat, logistics, intelligence, and industrial operations.

Operate under its own charter, outside UEE or corporate oversight.

No entity — planetary, military, or corporate — holds dominion over PSD affairs.

II. Organizational Structure
High Command Council/The Echelon Prime – Executive leadership body of the Founding Six.
Strategic Command – Senior officers appointed to oversee divisions and mission command.
Specialized Divisions – Independent, coordinated units with clear domains:

Shadow Talon Group (Special Operations / Black Ops)

Emberlight Recovery Corps (Medical / Rescue Ops)

Dominion Extractors Division (Mining / Salvage / Refinement)

Ironreach Logistics Command (Cargo / Transport / Resupply)

Blackstream Intelligence Directorate (Espionage / Recon / Data Recovery)

All branches operate under unified protocols but with operational autonomy.

Adapt to Survive – Space is chaos. We thrive in it.

Leave No One Behind – Dead or alive, our people come home.

IV. Code of Conduct
Any member acting against the Division’s core principles is subject to immediate dismissal or tribunal.

Cowardice, betrayal, or abandonment of fellow Operators is punishable by exile or sanctioned retribution.

Unauthorized engagement of non-combatants is forbidden.

Bravery is expected. Recklessness is not.

V. Recruitment & Advancement
All new members begin as Cadets, evaluated under fire and mission review.
Promotion is based on merit, skill, and trust — not time served.
Commanders are chosen, not granted.

Honorary titles may be granted for exceptional service:
Iron Sentinel, First Vanguard, Bloodline Keeper, and more.
