We believe in unity. No department stands alone; Logistics carries the lifeblood of our expeditions, Security shields our brothers and sisters, Medical restores them, Science reveals truths hidden in the void, and Exploration guides us all into new horizons. Together, we are whole.

We believe in resilience. Among the stars, there are no guarantees — only what we can build, protect, and sustain with our own hands. When others falter, Quantum Dynamics endures.

We are not bound by borders. We are not dependent on empires. We are the sum of our skills, the strength of our people, and the will to seek what lies beyond.

Article I – Name & Identity

This organization shall be known as Quantum Dynamics.

Quantum Dynamics is a self-sufficient, multi-role organization dedicated to exploration, resilience, and independence in the vast expanse of space.

Article II – Purpose & Mission

Our mission is to sustain long-duration expeditions across the universe by uniting multiple disciplines under one banner: logistics, security, medicine, science, and exploration.

We are guided by three principles:

Self-Sufficiency – maintaining independence through our collective skills and resources.

Unity – operating as one force, with departments supporting each other.

Resilience – enduring hardships and thriving where others cannot.

Article III – Structure & Leadership

The governing body of Quantum Dynamics shall be the Council of Chairmen.

The Chairmen are the final authority on all matters of organization policy and direction.

The Executive Officer (XO), appointed by the Chairmen, may act as operational overseer.

Departments shall be led by Directors, who report directly to the Chairmen or XO.

Departments may be subdivided into Divisions, led by Chiefs, who report to their Directors.

Officers and Specialists shall carry out the operational and field responsibilities of the organization.

Article IV – Departments

Quantum Dynamics shall be organized into five primary departments:

Logistics Department – supply, transport, mining, salvage, rearm/refuel, maintenance.

Security Department – ship and ground force protection, combat operations.

Medical Department – ground medics, shipboard care, ambulance and trauma response.

Scientific Research Department – sample collection, analysis, preservation, reporting.

Exploration Department – cartography, planetary/system discovery, expedition leadership.

Article V – Membership & Ranks

All members shall progress through a standardized rank system: Recruit, Cadet/Apprentice, Junior Specialist, Specialist, Senior Specialist, Officer, Senior Officer, Chief, Director, Chairmen.

Promotions shall be based on activity, skill, reliability, leadership, and endorsement by higher-ranking officers, as outlined in the Career Progression Roadmap.

Members shall respect the chain of command in all organizational activities.

Article VI – Conduct & Expectations

Members shall conduct themselves with professionalism, integrity, and respect, both in the verse and on Discord.

Members shall refrain from actions that damage the reputation or cohesion of Quantum Dynamics.

Violations of conduct may result in disciplinary action, up to and including removal from the organization, at the discretion of the Chairmen.

Article VII – Operations

Quantum Dynamics shall conduct operations in Star Citizen and coordinate through Discord.

Operations may include, but are not limited to: transport, security escorts, mining expeditions, salvage runs, medical response, scientific research, and exploratory missions.

All operations shall prioritize the safety and success of the organization, and adherence to the chain of command.

Article VIII – Amendments

This charter may be amended by a majority decision of the Council of Chairmen.

Amendments shall be documented and communicated to all members.
