Is R.E.A.C.T an organisation, an alliance or a coalition?

⤷ No. It is an Operational Label and a Tactical Standard. There are no careers, no finances, no hierarchy. The sole condition is the absence of heavy criminal activity (Griefing, Random PK, Piracy).

Is the R.E.A.C.T. initiative reserved for a specific community or nationality?

⤷ No. R.E.A.C.T is an international label and aims to extend to the entirety of the Verse, regardless of language or origin. Although a language barrier may exist occasionally, the objective is to build a global network where tactical solidarity takes precedence over borders. The use of standardised codes (2, 4, 8) also facilitates mutual understanding between pilots of different nationalities during emergency interventions.

Can I leave the initiative if I find an organisation?

⤷ Yes. An Independent Operator who joins an organisation can either stop using the label or instantly switch to Affiliate status to continue supporting the cause without interference.

How does participation in the network work?

⤷ There is no obligation of activity or response. R.E.A.C.T is a network: displaying the badge marks your support for the fight against heavy criminality. The contribution can be direct (field) or passive (sharing tactical information, reporting pirate blockades, etc.) to help those who wish to intervene.

As an Independent or Affiliate, do I have to wear a specific uniform?

⤷ Absolutely not. You retain the visual identity of your choice or that imposed by your primary organisation. The initiative imposes no clothing or material restrictions. However, those who wish to do so can voluntarily adopt a common visual code during grouped operations. This helps to strengthen cohesion on the ground and promote the creation of links between pilots, independently of the initiative.

Can I appear as “Redacted” or “Hidden” if I appear on the initiative’s RSI page?

⤷ No. If you use the label, you do not hide it. Your profile display must be automatically public. In the event that your profile becomes “Redacted” or “Hidden”, you would lose your Discord rights and be removed from the list of label users.

If I am not part of the R.E.A.C.T initiative, can I still ask the network for help?

⤷ Yes. Assistance is not reserved for those who wear the badge. Anyone in difficulty can launch a call. However, as in any unsecured zone, responders are aware of the risks of ambushes. Note that anyone using this channel to lure responders into a trap (Baiting) will be definitively listed as “toxic” and banned from any future support.

If I see a person wearing the R.E.A.C.T badge and committing piracy or heavy criminality (Griefing, PK), what should I do?

⤷ You must report the information on the Discord of the initiative. Please provide a screenshot and, if possible, the “handle” of the person as soon as possible. Also specify what type of malicious action was carried out so that the necessary measures can be taken.

What happens if my organisation enters into conflict with another organisation wearing the R.E.A.C.T badge?

⤷ R.E.A.C.T remains strictly neutral. The initiative never intervenes in political struggles or rivalries.

Can organisations recruit within the initiative?

⤷ Active recruitment (solicitation, spam, direct approach) is strictly forbidden to guarantee the neutrality of the network. However, a referencing space (dedicated channel) allows organisations wearing the label to present their structure (specialties, gameplay offers, criteria). It is up to the player, and only the player, to make the move to contact an organisation if they judge that it meets their expectations.

Am I obliged to connect to the Initiative’s Discord to respond to a code?

⤷ No. There is no obligation. The Discord is simply provided as an additional tool for those who wish to join the community, coordinate complex operations or keep up to date with specific deployments.

Does R.E.A.C.T demand a permanent presence?

⤷ No. The initiative relies on volunteering and the real availability of label users at time T. There are no hour quotas, no clocking in, nor sanctions for inactivity. You intervene when you can, if you wish.

Does R.E.A.C.T demand a tax or credits (UEC)?

⤷ None. Faithful to the Zero Management Policy, the initiative does not have a bank account, does not levy any tax and does not demand any material resources. Support for the network is done through action on the ground and the sharing of information, never through the transfer of funds.

Service without Interference

Joining the R.E.A.C.T. initiative is a commitment to fight criminality, nothing more.

— INDEPENDENT OPERATORS

• For players without an organization. They can use R.E.A.C.T as their identity to operate within a structured framework. They are free to join any organization at any time.

— AFFILIATES OPERATORS

• For players with or without an organization. By displaying the R.E.A.C.T badge, they support and display their will to fight crime, whether players or NPCs, without any interference.
• R.E.A.C.T. has no authority over your primary organization’s internal affairs, and vice versa. Affiliates remain under the sole authority of their primary organization; R.E.A.C.T. is simply an additional tactical frequency they can choose to tune into.

— ZERO MANAGEMENT POLICY

• R.E.A.C.T. does not manage your playtime. No mandatory meetings, no taxes, and no hierarchy outside of active voluntary operations. Zero interference, zero management.

— PRIMARY OBJECTIVE

• While on mission under the R.E.A.C.T. label, your sole priority is the protection of the innocent and the elimination of hostile threats.

— ETHICAL BOUNDARIES

• Focus is strictly on direct criminal impacts — such as aggression, piracy, and griefing — against citizens and NPCs. R.E.A.C.T remain neutral regarding the internal commerce and logistics.

• Wearing the R.E.A.C.T. label (main or secondary) signifies you are ready to answer the call of any citizen in distress, regardless of their affiliation.
