The RRTA is an independent, community-driven testing alliance working to bring Star Citizen testers together and improve the quality of community-driven testing.

The Rapid Response Testing Alliance was founded on the belief that Star Citizen benefits from dedicated testers, open cooperation and a shared willingness to contribute.
Star Citizen has a diverse testing community. From individual players to experienced Evocati testers, everyone can bring valuable knowledge and experience to the development process.
We are actively working towards bringing these testers closer together, with a particular focus on connecting dedicated testers outside the Evocati programme. Our aim is to encourage the exchange of knowledge, coordinated testing efforts and cooperation, regardless of testing access or experience.
The Testing Alliance remains independent of Cloud Imperium Games and does not represent the official
“Evocati Test Flight” [ETF/ AVOCADO] programme or claim any official testing privileges or endorsement.
Evocati members are equally welcome within our community.
Our approach to testing is built on verification, accurate documentation and honest contributions. We encourage members to test before confirming Issue Council reports and to treat duplicate reports as additional sources of evidence rather than lost contributions.
We are volunteers who share an interest in testing, learning and helping Star Citizen move closer to its intended vision.
The Testing Alliance stands for honest testing, open communication and cooperation within the Star Citizen community.
Dedicated testing extends beyond organisational affiliation with the Evocati Test Flight. Every player willing to invest their time, knowledge and effort can contribute something valuable to Star Citizen’s development.
We value cooperation over competition. Issue Council reports are contributions to a shared effort, not personal achievements. Duplicate reports can provide valuable information and help developers identify underlying issues.
Open communication and the free exchange of knowledge allow different perspectives and experiences to come together, helping us understand problems and improve the quality of community-driven testing.
As an independent community, we remain objective. We acknowledge progress, recognise shortcomings and base our conclusions on what we observe and experience.
Our common goal is to contribute alongside the wider testing community, Evocati and CIG, helping Star Citizen move closer to its intended vision.
By joining the Rapid Response Testing Alliance, members agree to respect the following principles and guidelines, both within the organisation and when representing The Testing Alliance in public spaces.
Treat all members with respect, regardless of experience, rank or opinion. Harassment, personal attacks, intimidation and targeted bashing are not tolerated. Disagreements are welcome as long as they remain constructive.
Encourage constructive discussion and the exchange of knowledge. Respect different perspectives and experiences, and allow members to question findings, opinions and conclusions without personal hostility.
Issue Council confirmations must be based on actual testing and verification. Never confirm an issue solely to support another member or increase a report’s confirmation count. Share findings honestly, including unsuccessful reproduction attempts.
Issue Council reports are shared contributions, not personal property. Members are encouraged to identify and flag potential duplicates constructively. Do not gatekeep reports, compete over primary report status or attack others for identifying possible duplicates. CIG retains authority over report merging and investigation.
The Testing Alliance is an independent community and does not represent CIG or the Evocati programme. Members must not claim official endorsement, privileges or authority on behalf of CIG or RRTA without authorisation. Personal opinions must not be presented as official organisational positions.
All applicable CIG NDAs, testing restrictions and access requirements must be respected. Confidential information, restricted builds, screenshots, recordings and discussions must not be shared outside their permitted environments. Members participating in Evocati testing remain responsible for their individual obligations.
Support fellow members in testing, reproducing and documenting issues. Share relevant findings and contribute constructively to common testing efforts. Respect the time and voluntary contributions of others.
Members must not misuse the RRTA name, tag or identity to misrepresent the organisation, harass others or pursue personal disputes. When representing The Testing Alliance, members are expected to act in accordance with this Charta.
The Testing Alliance is built on voluntary participation, mutual respect and a shared interest in improving
Star Citizen through community-driven testing.
Membership means contributing to that environment and respecting the people who make it possible.
