The Rising Sun Trading Corporation
The Rising Sun Trading Corporation was founded by our two CEOs, Jonas Luegner and Aerineos Shepard. What began as a small freelancing and shipping outfit is evolving into a capable logistics provider and private security contractor.
Our long-term objective is to establish a dependable network of rapid supply routes, moving cargo, materials, and critical goods wherever they are needed across the known systems.

Manifesto of the Rising Sun Trading Corporation
RSTC exists to keep commerce moving when conditions turn uncertain.
We believe stability is built on dependable logistics, disciplined crews, and partnerships that perform under pressure. Our purpose is to deliver cargo, personnel, and critical supplies on time and intact, regardless of distance, interference, or risk.
Our operations are guided by three core commitments:
- Reliability: We plan thoroughly, communicate clearly, and deliver what we promise.
- Security: We protect our clients, our crews, and our convoys with professionalism, restraint, and mission focus.
- Integrity: We earn trust through consistent conduct, clear agreements, and respect for our partners.
RSTC is not piracy. RSTC is not profiteering. RSTC is the professional backbone behind stable routes and successful arrivals, building trade networks designed to endure beyond any single contract cycle.

By joining RSTC, members agree to uphold the following standards:
- Professional Conduct: Treat members, allies, clients, and the public with respect. Harassment, hate speech, and deliberate disruption are prohibited.
- Communications Discipline: Keep voice and text communications clear during operations. Follow calls, keep critical channels on mission topics, and avoid unnecessary chatter in combat.
- Chain of Command: During missions, the assigned lead’s decisions are final. Feedback and concerns are handled during debriefs or through leadership channels.
- Operational Security: Do not disclose route plans, contracts, fleet details, or internal communications to non-members without authorisation.
- Contract Responsibility: Do not abandon assigned contracts or convoys without notifying leadership and, where possible, transferring responsibilities in an orderly manner.
- Rules of Engagement: Use force only when necessary and proportionate to the mission. Avoid escalation that places the contract, crew, or neutral parties at risk.
- No Piracy Under RSTC Banner: Piracy, extortion, and sabotage are prohibited during RSTC operations and while representing the organisation.
- Asset Responsibility: Organisation-provided ships, equipment, and resources must be used responsibly and returned or accounted for as directed.
- Dispute Resolution: Conflicts are handled through leadership channels. Public disputes, retaliation, and drama are unacceptable.
- Representation: When wearing RSTC identification, act with professionalism. Your conduct reflects on every member and every partner.
Violations may result in removal from operations, loss of roles, or termination of membership at leadership’s discretion.
