Reapers United Incorporated was founded on three principals. Fly free, live life and meet your end with no regrets. Honor and integrity for your brothers and sisters and death and deceit to all who would seek to chain us.
History
Reapers United INC was founded as a refuge for those who put loyalty and friendship above all else with the knowledge that no matter how good you are, there is always someone out there better. Anyone can form an organization and fill it full of people. We have learned the hard way that quantity does not remotely equate to quality. I’ll take a few good people over quantity any day of the week. History repeats itself only if you don’t learn from it. Our history has yet to be written here but as time goes on, we will make history.
Manifesto
The goal of Reapers United INC is simple. Anything, Anytime, Anywhere. We will take on any job and complete it. Our reputation will be one that is trusted to always get the job done no matter the task or risk involved.
Charter
As previously stated, we demand maturity as a member of Reapers. While I am aware there are a rare few of young teens out there that are more mature than their age would suggest, the reality is that that small percentage is difficult to find. Therefore applicants must be a minimum of 17 years of age to be considered for membership. Having said that, being inflexible will break us. IF in the unlikely event an applicant who is younger has been observed by members who will vouch for this person, he or she may be considered for membership by majority vote.
The rest of the rules are going to be easy for mature people to understand.
Breaking of rules will be decided on by majority vote. Proof of wrong doing will be required before a vote will be considered. A members word will be honored always before the word of an outsider. A member who gives his or her word and is found to have lied to the organization will be outcast and branded as dishonorable. Don’t be that person!
1. Absolutely no trolling or griefing! This is cause for immediate expulsion.
2. If you give your word, keep your word.
3. No in game drama. Remember we are here to have fun because we all have to deal with real life issues. That doesn’t mean you cant come in and lean on us for support when you need a shoulder. We all need our friends support from time to time but please remember your mood will effect others.
4. If you partake of alcohol or recreational substances that turn you into a raging asshole or an idiot, do not log in and expect us to humor you. I don’t care if you smoke shit or drink but I personally don’t want to hear it and definitely do not want to deal with the aftermath of you doing something stupid because your judgement was impaired. Shit is hard enough to deal with when you are sober.
5. If you have something to say, say it publicly. Talking shit behind backs is cowardice. Be an adult.
6. If you have a problem, make it known so we can help you with it! We can’t fix it if we don’t know it’s broken for you. Having said that, I am keenly aware that it is absolutely impossible to please everyone on every issue. Be an adult and realize that I do care about your feelings and would love to see you all happy but sometimes being happy is a choice you make despite of not getting everything you want.
7. Be active! This doesn’t we want all of your free time but don’t expect to be taken seriously if you cant be bothered with getting involved.
8. Be honest. If you screw up, own it. Mistakes can be forgiven and repaired. Dishonesty can never be tolerated. I have a motto. Your honor is all you have that others can never take from you. You have to give it away and the moment you do, you can never get it back. Lies are always remembered even if you only do it once.
That’s it. pretty simple and reasonable to mature people. In fact if we have the kind of members I hope to get in our organization, then everything I had to type was a complete waste of my time because you already understand these rules and carry yourself that way anyhow.
