Its founder, a cast-out leader named Noir, refused to bow to the oppressive rules of a corrupted government. Instead, Noir sought to lead those willing to take a leap of trust, envisioning a world rebuilt under their vision of freedom and justice.

Raven’s Vanguard quickly became a symbol of hope for those seeking to escape the shackles of tyranny. Its members, united by a shared vision, vowed to rebuild a better world while respecting others with similar goals. Under Noir’s leadership, Raven’s Vanguard offered its people the freedom to pursue their desires, with one crucial requirement: respect for anyone under their banner and any allies they claimed.

As the faction grew, so did its reputation for unwavering loyalty and unity. In battle, Raven’s Vanguard stood as an unbreakable wall, fighting not just for themselves, but for the freedom and dignity of all. Their emblem, the black raven, became a symbol of vigilance and defiance against oppression.

Charter

Article I: Name and Purpose

1.1 Name: The name of this organization shall be Raven’s Vanguard.

1.2 Purpose: Raven’s Vanguard is dedicated to creating a community of like-minded individuals who value loyalty, unity, and the pursuit of freedom and justice. We aim to provide a home for our members, offering them a sense of belonging and purpose as we work together to build a better future.

Article II: Membership

2.1 Eligibility: Membership in Raven’s Vanguard is open to all who share our values and are willing to abide by our principles of loyalty, unity, and respect.

2.2 Rights and Responsibilities: Members of Raven’s Vanguard have the right to participate in all organizational activities and decision-making processes. They are expected to uphold the values and goals of the organization and to treat their fellow members with respect and dignity.

Article III: Leadership

3.1 Leadership Structure: Raven’s Vanguard values meritocracy, where leadership positions are earned based on dedication and commitment to the organization. The High Council consists of appointed leaders who have demonstrated exceptional dedication and leadership qualities.

3.2 Appointment of Council Members: When the need for new council members arises, the organization will hold a vote to select the most suitable candidates. All members of Raven’s Vanguard are eligible to hold a council rank and may be nominated or self-nominate for consideration.

6.1 In the event of the dissolution of Raven’s Vanguard, any remaining assets shall be distributed to charitable organizations as determined by the High Council.
