At Sector 7, everyone has a spot. We do it all: merc work, base clearing, cargo hauling, and trading. Run solo or host a crew for big jobs. Just know your ship, have good communication, and look out for your fellow pilots.
This is a casual group with no requirements,
We were just a few pilots tired of being treated like serial numbers.
Sector 7 didn’t start in a boardroom. It started over long nights and static filled comms. We were all working for the big outfits getting squeezed by managers who had never seen the black and dealing with regulations that put our ships and our necks at risk just to satisfy a bottom line. Eventually we realized we didn’t need them. We had our own ships, we had the flight hours, and we had each other. We stopped waiting for orders and started calling our own shots. We aren’t a corporation. We’re a group of operators who decided to stop answering to people who don’t know the difference between a quantum drive and a faulty thruster.
We built this not because we wanted to rule the verse but because we wanted to survive it on our own terms. We’ve all seen what happens when you’re just another blip on a corporate sensor suite. Your ship gets pushed past its limits, your maintenance is sidelined, and your crew is treated like a line item. We’ve spent enough time in the dark to know that the only people you can truly trust in this system are the ones standing next to you in the hangar. We don’t have a flashy headquarters and we don’t have a fleet of capital ships demanding your time. We have a shared understanding. We look out for the person to our left, we keep our systems green, and we never ever compromise our autonomy for someone else’s bottom line.
We have a shared understanding. We look out for the person to our left, we keep our systems green, and we never ever compromise our autonomy for someone else’s bottom line. We are not just running routes. We are building our own legacy one flight at a time.
Our loyalty is to the flight, not to a paycheck.
Sector 7 is built for those who understand that the cockpit is where you truly belong. We reject the politics, the rigid hierarchies, and the bloated oversight of the major orgs. Instead, we operate on a simple premise: your ship is your autonomy, and your word is your contract.
We’re a community of independent operators, not a corporate hierarchy. Sector 7 is built on mutual respect. We want you to have a blast, but remember that we’re all here to pilot our own ships and enjoy the black together.
