At Sector 7, everyone has a spot. We do it all: merc work, base clearing, cargo hauling, and trading. Run solo or host a crew for big jobs. Just know your ship, have good communication, and look out for your fellow pilots.

This is a casual group with no requirements,

History

We were just a few pilots tired of being treated like serial numbers.

Sector 7 didn’t start in a boardroom. It started over long nights and static filled comms. We were all working for the big outfits getting squeezed by managers who had never seen the black and dealing with regulations that put our ships and our necks at risk just to satisfy a bottom line. Eventually we realized we didn’t need them. We had our own ships, we had the flight hours, and we had each other. We stopped waiting for orders and started calling our own shots. We aren’t a corporation. We’re a group of operators who decided to stop answering to people who don’t know the difference between a quantum drive and a faulty thruster.

We built this not because we wanted to rule the verse but because we wanted to survive it on our own terms. We’ve all seen what happens when you’re just another blip on a corporate sensor suite. Your ship gets pushed past its limits, your maintenance is sidelined, and your crew is treated like a line item. We’ve spent enough time in the dark to know that the only people you can truly trust in this system are the ones standing next to you in the hangar. We don’t have a flashy headquarters and we don’t have a fleet of capital ships demanding your time. We have a shared understanding. We look out for the person to our left, we keep our systems green, and we never ever compromise our autonomy for someone else’s bottom line.

We have a shared understanding. We look out for the person to our left, we keep our systems green, and we never ever compromise our autonomy for someone else’s bottom line. We are not just running routes. We are building our own legacy one flight at a time.

Manifesto

Our loyalty is to the flight, not to a paycheck.

Sector 7 is built for those who understand that the cockpit is where you truly belong. We reject the politics, the rigid hierarchies, and the bloated oversight of the major orgs. Instead, we operate on a simple premise: your ship is your autonomy, and your word is your contract.

  • Autonomy First: We don’t micromanage. You choose the path, you fly the route, and you earn your credits. We provide the support network, not the leash.
  • Competence Over Bureaucracy: We respect the pilot who knows their ship—from the heat signature of their thrusters to the calibration of their quantum drive. If you can handle your craft, you have a home here.
  • Strength in Comms: We don’t ask for permission, but we always back our own. When a member of Sector 7 is in trouble, the mission changes to support.
  • No Corporate Fluff: We’re here to work, explore, and survive. If you want a title, look elsewhere. If you want to fly with a crew that values action over empty words, welcome to the crew.

Charter

We’re a community of independent operators, not a corporate hierarchy. Sector 7 is built on mutual respect. We want you to have a blast, but remember that we’re all here to pilot our own ships and enjoy the black together.

  • Respect the Captain’s Seat: Your fun is welcome, but it stops at someone else’s flight controls. If the ship owner asks you to step back or let go of the stick, you do it immediately. No excuses, no repeat offenses. We’re here to support each other, not take over.
  • The Vibe Check: We love the chaos, the banter, and the goofy moments. If everyone’s laughing and having a good time, you’re in the right place. But if your “goofing off” is making the crew miserable or compromising the ship, you’ve lost the plot.
  • The “Three-Strike” Reality: We aren’t a corporate HR office, so we don’t have time for long-winded disciplinary hearings. If you’ve been told to cut the behavior and you keep pushing, you aren’t a fit for this community. We’ll show you the airlock so the rest of us can get back to flying.
  • Support Over Control: We back our own, but we respect boundaries. You don’t need to command the mission to be part of the success. Help out, hold your station, and let’s all get paid.
