S.K.O.L.D. Souli / SKOLD

The S.K.O.L.D. souli was born from the ashes of a mercenary souli in 2949, following an internal conflict that led to the disappearance of the old members, with the exception the current Essosouli.

It is just after these events that an agreement was concluded between the Banu Council and the freshly reorganized S.K.O.L.D. souli. It would have the financial and technological means to become the hand of the Council in Banu territory and beyond; and would thus represent one of the only official Banu souli aiming to enforce order and peace within the Protectorate.
In return, and considering the links of the new Essosouli with humans, it would serve to reinforce the understanding and trust between the Protectorate and the UEE, by actively working to send back the criminals and other fugitives who come to take refuge in the Banu territories.

In 2951, the S.K.O.L.D. Souli was sent in the Pyro systems to investigate what may prove to be a threat to the entire Protectorate. However, communications between the Souli and the Council ceased shortly after their arrival in Stanton.

In May 2952, the Essosouli was able to re-establish contact with the Council. Reporting that he was betrayed by one of its crew members, a xenophobic Banu who resented having to work with a Human. He was then forced to cooperate with the Hurston company, doing some shady jobs for a time, until he managed to escape by stealing a ship.

Unfortunately, the Banu Council had already revoked all rights and financial advantages allowed to the S.K.O.L.D. Souli, making it and it’s only remaining member, an homeless wanderer, having lost his contacts, his money, and his ships.
