We are:
Pragmatists – Ideology doesn’t pay to restock missiles.
Professionals – Our word is the only currency that matters.
Opportunists – The verse rewards those who see angles others miss.
Survivors – We adapt, improvise, and overcome. Or we die.

Article I: Purpose

Stellar Korps is a collective of independent operators who share resources, intelligence, and opportunities. We exist to profit, survive, and maintain our autonomy in a verse that wants us regulated, licensed, or eliminated.

Article II: Membership

Eligibility Requirements:

Demonstrated competence in your field of work
Self-sufficiency – SKOR is not a charity
Discretion regarding operations and membership
Acceptance by majority vote of active members

Grounds for Exclusion:

Incompetence that endangers operations or members
Cooperation with UEE law enforcement against SKOR interests
Theft from or betrayal of fellow members
Being more trouble than you’re worth

Article III: Operations

Accepted Work:

Smuggling (cargo, people, information)
Bounty hunting (licensed or otherwise)
Salvage and “aggressive salvage operations”
Escort and security contracts
High-risk freight
Specialized retrieval
Whatever pays

Prohibited Activities:

Operations against fellow SKOR members
Unnecessary attention-drawing that endangers the collective

Article IV: Financial Structure

Members operate independently or in crews
Collective jobs split proceeds by contribution and risk

Article V: Shared Resources

Intelligence network and job board access
Safe houses and cache locations (location shared on need-to-know basis)
Equipment pools for major operations
Legal and medical contacts
Fencing and laundering connections

Article VI: Rules of Engagement

Among Members:

Internal disputes settled by arbitration or officers
Debts between members are sacred – pay or leave
Stealing from SKOR members earns a bounty on your head
Your contract is your business unless you request backup

With Outsiders:

Completed contracts are honored – our reputation is our capital
Failed contracts are refunded proportionally when possible
Betraying a client only happens when they betray us first
Collateral damage is sometimes necessary but never careless

Article VII: Leadership

SKOR has no official commander. We have coordinators who earn their position through competence and respect:

Operations Coordinator – Job distribution and intelligence
Resources Coordinator – Fund management and equipment
External Relations – Client acquisition and fence relationships

Coordinators can be replaced by majority vote.

Article VIII: Communication

Operational security is paramount
If captured, you know nothing. We’ll get you out if possible.

Article IX: Exit Policy

Want out? Walk away. We don’t do exit interviews.
Keep your mouth shut about operations, locations, and members. Violate operational security after leaving, and you become an operation yourself.

Article X: Amendment
This charter can be amended by two-thirds vote of active members. The only unchangeable rule: competence matters more than ideology.
