Snaily Group is an intergalactic defense contractor.
We provide a variety of services such as, security, emergency medical services, logistical support, private investigations and (counter) intelligence activities.
Snaily Group dates back to the year 1601 when Cornelius Lardum had founded the ‘Snaily Beschermings en Bewakingsdienst’ (The Snaily Protection and Guarding Service) based in The Netherlands, planet Earth. And in no time the company managed to receive the biggest government contracts in the country. The company provided security for the courts, prisons, police stations, hospitals, nuclear facilities, military facilities and national bank. After expanding globally and gathering much support and great success the company eventually expanded intergalactically.

Article I: Establishment
This charter establishes the foundational principles and code of conduct for Snaily Group (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”), a Defense Contractor committed to providing security and intelligence services and operational support in accordance with intergalactic law and the highest professional standards.
Article II: Compliance with Laws and Regulations
The Company shall operate in strict compliance with all applicable local, national, international, galactic and intergalactic laws.
All operations shall be conducted in accordance with relevant United Nations charters and conventions, including adherence to protocols on the use of force.
Article III: Rules of Engagement
The use of force shall be a last resort and employed only in self-defense or defense of the objectives outlined in the client’s mandate, consistent with applicable law. The Company commits to proportional use of force and will strive to minimize collateral damage and prevent harm to non-combatants.
Article IV: Individual Rights
The Company shall respect the rights and freedoms of individuals as recognized by intergalactic conventions and treaties.
Under no circumstance shall the Company be involved in activities that violate rights of individuals such as torture, trafficking of individuals, or genocide.
Article V: Accountability and Transparency
The Company shall maintain accurate records of all operations, personnel, and incidents to ensure accountability.
Operations shall be subject to internal review, and where appropriate, external oversight.
Article VI: Personnel Conduct
All personnel must pass thorough background checks prior to employment and receive training on the ethical standards as set out in this charter.
Personnel are required to report any breaches of this charter through the established chain of command.
Article VII: Confidentiality and Sensitive Information
The Company and its personnel shall maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive information obtained during the course of operations, barring legal obligations to disclose such information.
Operational secrecy shall not be used to cover illegal acts or violations of this charter.
Article VIII: Conflict of Interest
The Company will not engage in contracts that present conflicts of interest with existing obligations or compromise the integrity of the Company.
Article IX: Prohibition of Criminal Activities
The Company shall not engage in criminal activities, defined as participating directly in hostilities for private gain.
Operations shall be limited to defensive security/ military measures, intelligence activities, training, logistical support, and advisory capacities.
Article X: Amendments and Revisions
This charter is a living document and may be amended or revised as necessary to ensure alignment with best practices and legal requirements.
Any amendments will be made transparently and communicated to all relevant stakeholders.
