Sentinel Consolidated was founded on a simple conviction: the stars offer opportunity to those willing to work for it. We began as a small crew taking on modest security and support contracts, such as escort runs, rapid-response aid, and protection for those who needed a trustworthy shield in uncertain space. What we lack in size, we make up for in reliability, professionalism, and the drive to build a name worth standing behind.

Our eyes are fixed firmly on the horizon. Every operation, every contract, and every successful engagement moves us one step closer to our long term vision: a fully realised, multidivision company capable of providing security, industry, and logistics services across the UEE and beyond.

1. Purpose & Direction

Sentinel Consolidated exists to provide dependable, contract based security services while steadily expanding into industry, trade, and additional operational branches. Every member contributes to shaping the organisation’s growth, reputation, and long term success.

2. Conduct & Professionalism

Members will conduct themselves with integrity, respect, and responsibility both in game and when representing the organisation. We aim to build trust with our clients and allies. Our behaviour reflects on the company as a whole.

3. Chain of Command

While we operate with structure, we value clarity over rigidity. Orders issued during active operations are to be followed unless they conflict with safety or organisational policy. Outside of missions, members are encouraged to participate, speak openly, and contribute ideas toward the organisation’s direction.

4. Mission Standards

Whether executing high-risk security work or more routine escort assignments, we strive for preparedness, coordination, and reliability. Members are expected to bring properly maintained ships, gear, and a readiness to cooperate.

5. Growth & Expansion

As the organisation develops, new divisions, most notably trade and industry, will be established. Members may advance within existing roles, explore new branches, or take part in leadership positions as opportunities arise.

6. Respect for Allies & Neutral Parties

Sentinel Consolidated operates on a foundation of professionalism. Hostile action against allies, clients, or neutral civilian parties is strictly prohibited unless under self-defence or explicit contract requirements.

7. Recruitment & Membership

We welcome individuals who demonstrate maturity, teamwork, and ambition. Experience is valuable but not required; dedication and a willingness to learn matter more.
