Charter of The Sol-Florida Alliance (SOLFL)

I. Name and Identity
The official name of the organization shall be “The Sol-Florida Alliance,” abbreviated and referred to in Spectrum as SOLFL. Our official base of operations is located within the state of Florida, Earth (Sol System), with primary operational hubs in Tampa, Orlando, Miami, and Tallahassee.

II. Mission Statement
The primary mission of SOLFL is to secure the sustained prosperity and abundance of Earth through strategic interstellar trade, advanced exploration, and responsible resource management. We are dedicated to pioneering new frontiers while simultaneously reinforcing the stability and influence of our homeworld.

III. Core Objectives
A. Economic Stability: To establish and protect efficient interstellar trade routes and logistics networks that ensure Earth remains supplied and financially dominant.
B. Expansion and Exploration: To actively chart new systems, discover resources, and expand humanity’s presence in the ‘verse in a controlled and sustainable manner.
C. Defense and Security: To maintain a capable defensive fleet to protect Alliance assets, trade routes, and personnel from all hostile threats.
