In the closing weeks of 2945, during the collapse of Vega II, a loose but effective network of pilots, escorts, and security specialists began operating independently of centralized command structures. As extremist activity tied to the XenoThreat Incursion began to coalesce into a system-level threat within the Stanton System, SOLSEC assets were already forward-deployed under corporate security contracts, responding to early indicators of convoy interdiction and infrastructure targeting.

Throughout the engagement, SOLSEC maintained an active posture by providing armed escort for high-risk transports, securing logistics nodes supporting broader response efforts, and engaging hostile elements where necessary to preserve movement corridors.

By the time the incursion was resolved, SOLSEC’s early actions had reduced civilian exposure, preserved critical supply flow, and prevented secondary collapses that might otherwise have compounded the crisis.

During these operations, SOLSEC personnel identified irregular air quality degradation within enclosed habitats and industrial zones, inconsistent with known filtration failures or standard industrial contaminants.
