History of the Spartans
Origins in Uprising
The Spartans emerged from the ashes of a once-respected organization that had lost its way. Disillusioned by the decay of values and leadership, a faction of members staged a bold rebellion. This internal conflict fractured the group, forcing the rebels to flee—carrying with them the last remnants of the organization’s heart and soul.
The Drift and Disbandment
In the aftermath, the rebels wandered the verse—damaged, scattered, and without direction. Many splintered off, seeking personal purpose in the vast emptiness of space. But the leaders of the rebellion recognized the danger of fading into obscurity. They rallied, determined to forge a new legacy.
Rebirth of Purpose
Taking a leap of faith, the leaders spread out across the stars in search of a new home. Their efforts culminated in the founding of the Spartans—a new organization built on the principles of quality, equality, and fairplay. The name “Spartans” was chosen to reflect their warrior spirit, unity, and unwavering commitment to honor.
Modern Identity
Today, the Spartans operate as a Private Military Company (PMC) within Star Citizen. Though small in number, they are rich in conviction. Every member is a testament to the org’s founding ideals: resilience, loyalty, and the pursuit of meaningful action in the ‘verse.

As proud members of the Spartans, we uphold a legacy of discipline, loyalty, and tactical excellence. Every Spartan shall abide by the following code to ensure our organization thrives in honor and unity across the stars:

• No member shall be left behind—support your squadmates in combat, trade, and exploration.
2. Mission First
• Follow orders from designated leadership during operations.
• Prioritize organizational goals over personal gain when on duty.
3. Maintain Operational Readiness
• Keep your ships, gear, and skills mission-ready.
• Participate in regular training exercises and briefings.
4. Respect the Chain of Command
• Address leaders and officers with respect.
• Disputes are resolved through proper channels—not in public comms.
5. Honor the Code, On and Off Duty
• Represent Spartans with dignity in all public and private interactions.
• No griefing, cheating, or toxic behavior—our reputation is forged by our actions.
6. Protect the Weak, Challenge the Strong
• Defend allies and civilians from piracy and injustice.
