ORIGIN

The Shaolin Shadow Strikers emerged from the chaos following the rapid militarization of the Stanton system.

As corporate security expanded and pirate syndicates evolved faster than traditional fleets, a gap formed — one large warships could not fill. Veteran pilots, bounty hunters, and former security contractors broke away from conventional doctrine, embracing a philosophy of speed, precision, and unity inspired by ancient Shaolin principles.

Thus, the Shaolin Shadow Strikers were born — not as a fleet, but as a weaponized swarm.

THE SHADOW DOCTRINE

The Strikers believe battles are decided before the first shot is fired.

Their doctrine prioritizes silence over spectacle, precision over numbers, and speed over endurance. Flying fast, Striker wings overwhelm targets through perfect synchronization — isolating prey, collapsing defenses, and vanishing before retaliation can form.

What appears chaotic to outsiders is perfect order within the swarm.

THE NAME

Shaolin reflects discipline and mastery through training.

Shadow signifies stealth and unseen control.

Strikers defines their purpose: fast, decisive, and lethal.

They are not conquerors or occupiers.
They are the strike — and the silence that follows.

REPUTATION

Forged from within the stars the Strikers are an elite guard with EvilOrg, they are whispered about as “the swarm you never hear coming.”
Among lawful operators, they are known as elite escorts and precision enforcers — costly, but decisive.

Multiple engagements have ended in under a minute, with enemy craft destroyed before visual contact was confirmed.

If their emblem is seen, the fight has already begun.

INTERNAL CULTURE

Membership is earned, not granted.

Pilots train relentlessly in formation combat, target prioritization, comms discipline, and mutual protection. Individual skill is respected — but unity is sacred.

Charter

I. NAME & IDENTITY

The organization is known as Shaolin Shadow Strikers.

We are an elite, discipline-driven fighter organization operating across the known systems of the ’verse. We function as a precision strike force, not a standing army — prioritizing speed, coordination, and mastery over brute force.

II. PURPOSE

The Shaolin Shadow Strikers exist to:

Conduct coordinated fighter and interceptor operations

Execute high-precision PvP, bounty, and escort missions

Maintain a reputation for discipline, professionalism, and lethality

Train members to operate as a unified swarm

Uphold honor and operational integrity in all engagements

We value effectiveness over size and unity over ego.

III. CREED

All members operate under one creed:

Move in Silence.
Strike from the Void.

This creed governs conduct in combat, communication, and representation of the organization.

IV. MEMBERSHIP

Membership is open to pilots who demonstrate discipline, teamwork, and commitment to training.

Members are expected to:

Follow the chain of command during operations

Maintain comms discipline

Represent the organization respectfully

Avoid actions that bring disrepute to the org

Griefing, internal hostility, or repeated insubordination will not be tolerated.

V. RANK STRUCTURE

The Shaolin Shadow Strikers operate under a merit-based hierarchy:

Grandmaster — Strategic authority and leadership

Warrior — Fleet and operational commanders

Striker — Core combat pilots and interceptor wings

Acolyte — Probationary members in training

Scout — Trainees and recon initiates

Advancement is earned through skill, discipline, and contribution.

VI. OPERATIONS DOCTRINE

All operations adhere to the following principles:

Speed over prolonged engagement

Mutual protection within the swarm
