Manifesto

The Star Scout Vangard is dedicated to the creation and maintenance of temporary camps that provide final safe havens and launch points for explorers heading into the remote and unknown.

These camps will serve as temporary trade hubs, providing basic repair, resupply, refueling, and communication services as well as bases of operations for emergency medevac, search and rescue, and security missions.
