History

The STAR BLADER ™ private military company was established in 2945 with the sole purpose of providing the best security needs the galaxy can offer. The company is largely comprised of UEE military veterans who have extensive combat experience and the know-how to get the job done.

As many of our members transition to civilian life, they serve to help fulfill the company’s dedication to utilize first-hand UEE military experience and focus it to help make the galaxy a more secure and peaceful place to live and to do business.

While the STAR BLADERPMC operates within UEE guidelines, policies and regulations, we pride ourselves on being ready to operate beyond the boundaries of UEE space. Please check our company manifesto for additional details on the wide array of services we provide.

Virtually all major decisions regarding company structure, direction, contracts, agreements, alliances and personnel must be approved by the director (or otherwise approved by an appointed and trusted officer at the director’s discretion). The director is assisted by a management team of officers and managers (described below) to help run the PMC and maintain operational readiness of the company. While the director reserves the right to rescind or change any privileges they see fit, officers generally are permitted to make minor company decisions autonomously. The director will serve as the de-facto leader of the PMC until they voluntarily step down.
  2. Crew members are full-fledged members of the PMC with limited say in policy matters. They should, however, be typically invited to discussions regarding matters of general company policy, mission details, personal grievances, suggestions and individual participation levels.
  3. Employees are hired assets of the PMC who are generally not involved with major company missions and contracts. They are paid a living wage to fulfill non-mission related tasks. Employees do not have any say over company policy and can be terminated from employment at any given time by the director.
  4. Associates are affiliated non-members of the PMC. Their enlistment into the ranks of the company are purely for administrative purposes only.
