Manifesto

Our purpose here at StarCorp is to build a friendly way to communicate with friends, make new ones, and help them with transportation, all while exploring and learning new things about this amazing game.

Charter

IMPORTANT – when the charter page mentions the word “member”, what is meant is any member, affiliate, or person officially in StarCorp in any way

Section 1: Strike System

1a: When a member receives a strike, the Chief Operating Officer will mark that strike as a note to himself. when a member has 3 strikes they will be banned.

1b: After one month of a member receiving no strikes, his/her strike number will be reset at 0.

1c: When a member has received 2 strikes, the board may consider demoting said member. To demote a member, the board must follow due process described in section 2

1d: Anyone who is rude, disrespectful, or generally harmful to our community will receive 2 strikes.

1e: Any corporate officer who is negligent of their duties will receive 1 or 2 strikes, depending on the severity and rank of said member.

1f: Any member who views, or attempts to view a chat lobby that they do not have access to, the will receive 1 or 2 strikes, depending on the severity.

1g: To place a strike on any member for any reason, “this form (https://forms.gle/tfUU4dVwJ5WM1YSc9) must be filled out. If the subject is currently at the rank of Colonel or above, the board must discuss whether or not to add the strike(s). If the subject is currently at rank Lieutenant or Captain, the CEO will decide whether or not to add the strike(s).

Section 2: Promotions, Demotions, and making changes to StarCorp

2a: Any and all demotions are to be discussed by the board before effect.

2b: Any and all promotions must be discussed by the board before effect if the subject of said promotion is currently at rank Colonel, Admiral, or Manager.

2c: Any and all promotions may be enacted by any Operating Officer if the subject of said promotion is currently at rank Lieutenant or Captain

2d: In order for any Operating Officer to promote or demote a member, they must say who they are promoting/demoting in the #logistics chat

2e: Any and all changes to the charter, appearance, titles, or settings pages MUST be discussed by the board before effect
