History Manifesto Charter

History

The Steel Gryphons trace their name back to a personal homebrew chapter originally from WH40k.

After three years of activity under a previous identity, the organization was fully reformed and rebuilt from the ground up as a renewed PMC structure.
Today, the Steel Gryphons operate as a freelance organization, carrying forward their legacy while adapting to the realities of the Stanton system and beyond.

Manifesto

The Steel Gryphons are a freelance organization operating across the verse. We take on a wide range of contracts and operations, choosing work that suits our skills and interests.

We value meeting new people, building connections, and enjoying the experience of life in the verse as much as completing contracts. While we operate with professionalism when needed, we also like to keep things relaxed and social among members.

Our goal is simple: fly together, take on contracts, and enjoy the journey across the verse.

Organization Rules — Steel Gryphons

All members of the Steel Gryphons are expected to act with basic discipline, respect, and common sense while operating in the verse.

*Avoid friendly fire whenever possible. We understand accidents can happen, but purposeful friendly fire is not acceptable.

*Treat other members and allied players with respect. Do not be toxic, disruptive, or intentionally harmful.

*Follow mission intent and leadership direction during group operations.

*Communicate clearly when working in a team or multi-crew environment.

*Do not be ignorant of your surroundings—situational awareness is your responsibility.

*Keep internal disputes out of active operations.

We are a freelance org, and while we operate in a flexible and relaxed manner, professionalism is expected when it matters most.
