2945. Cellin Station. A handful of prospectors began a surveying exercise that evolved into them becoming defenders of Crusader, and eventually all of Stanton as various conflicts arose. None was bloodier than the 9-Tails incursion (XenoThreat) that reached deep into the inner sanctums of Crusader’s highest renown corporate campuses. For their part in repelling the invaders, this squad of fighting prospectors were decorated as heroes by CDF Command and received a substantial compensation from Crusader’s corporate institutions, Recognizing this service as a potential business framework, the group pulled together their resources to create STORMWORKS, a company dedicated to secure logistical enterprises through out the Stanton system. This became a lucrative endeavor that seeded expansion into a moderate industrial infrastructure. Now with a host of miners, explorers and crafters, defense enhancement became the next priority.

The STORMWORKS culture places the well-being of it’s members and their families at the forefront of its mission statement. Its many crossings with 9-Tails pirates made it clear that this would need to be an organization with fangs. So, along with its expansion in industry, so was its growth in military aptitude to protect its people, properties and home systems.

Most recently, tragedy befell the Organization. Seeing desperation in other systems, the organization over-reached when it made a huge and bold push into Pyro system to bolster the Citizens of Prosperity against Head Hunter and Freedom Fighter aggressions. What awaited them was a completely unaccounted Freedom Fighter ambush. Surprise and superior firepower wiped out the Pyro humanitarian campaign completely before it began. Massive company resources and fleet assets were captured and destroyed. Only a handful of members survived the attack and total losses set the company back to its state of origin. This is where we find ourselves today. Wounded, but rebuilding. Our endurance will prevail.
