Studio FX Charter

Article I – Purpose

Studio FX is established as a Private Military Company (PMC) operating in the Star Citizen universe. Our primary purpose is freelancing across all professions, with a secondary goal of fostering social connection and community among our members. We embrace adaptability, fun, and camaraderie above all else.

Article II – Core Principles

Versatility – We pursue all opportunities: combat, trade, exploration, industry, and more.

Prosperity – We seek to generate wealth for the company and its members through diverse ventures.

Camaraderie – We value friendship, teamwork, and a positive environment.

Defense – We stand united against those who would threaten our interests, our allies, or our crew.

Freedom – We encourage personal choice in how members participate and contribute to the faction.

Article III – Membership

Membership in Studio FX is open to all players who share our vision and values.

Members are free to engage in any profession within the faction’s scope.

Respect for fellow members, allies, and the community is mandatory.

No member is above the principles of the charter.

Article IV – Leadership

Leadership exists to guide, not dictate. Decisions are made transparently and with input from members.

Roles may include:

Director – Oversees the vision, direction, and growth of Studio FX.

Officers – Lead operations in specific fields (combat, trade, exploration, industry, etc.).

Members – The backbone of Studio FX, free to participate in any or all activities.

Leadership positions are held by trust and can be changed by majority consensus if necessary.

Article V – Operations

Studio FX operates across the spectrum of activities:

Combat – Security, bounty hunting, and defense contracts.

Commerce – Cargo hauling, trading, and economic ventures.

Exploration – Charting the unknown and seeking opportunity in the stars.

Industry – Mining, refining, farming, and manufacturing.

Profit from group operations is shared fairly, with transparency in division.

Article VI – Conduct

Members of Studio FX will conduct themselves with professionalism, honor, and respect.

Internal disputes are to be handled privately, not publicly.

Hostility toward Studio FX or its allies will be met with decisive response.

Article VII – Amendment

This charter may be amended as the faction evolves. Any proposed amendment must be reviewed and agreed upon by the leadership and supported by the majority of active members.
