Welcome to our Corporation, where we chase the sun for a better tomorrow, all players are welcome whenever you are a veteran looking to have fun and enjoy the game or a new player that needs guidance.
Our aim is to create a small group that can do all game content and have a good time while at it.
The quantum drive of the Drake Ironclad spooled down with a violent, satisfying shudder, dropping the heavily armored beast into the shadow of Levski’s towering cliffs. Sunchaser Corp was back home in the Nyx system. Anchored in the deep space just above the mining asteroid lay the core of their fleet: the Aegis Reclaimer processing massive scrap hauls, the RSI Polaris keeping watch as their heavy combat flagship, and the exotic Banu Merchantman, serving as the Corp’s mobile galactic bazaar.
“Welcome back, Ironclad,” crackled the voice of Sun, the organization’s logistics director, over the comms. “Did the microTech run stay clear of Nine Tails?”
“Smooth sailing, Sun,” replied Captain Lua, slapping the dashboard of her massive freighter. “Jumping through Pyro yesterday was a headache, but this armored vault didn’t take a scratch. The cargo bay is completely packed with high-grade copper ore, pristine salvage scrap, and rare consumer goods for our merchants to flip.”
Sunchaser Corp wasn’t like the mega-corporations ruling ArcCorp or Lorville. Operating out of the lawless, independent hub of Levski, they were freelancers, industrial operators, traders, and heavily armed merchants. They survived on their own terms, blending hard industrial labor with shrewd inter-system commerce. Their motto was simple: Follow the light, claim the stars.
Down in the trade bazaars of the Banu Merchantman, independent freelancers and visiting pilots haggled over refined metals, rare components, and salvaged tech. Meanwhile, the Reclaimer’s massive claw processed decommissioned hull plating, feeding raw materials directly into Sunchaser’s supply chain.
Suddenly, the proximity alarms chimed a sharp, pulsing red across the fleet network.
“All hands, we have contact,” Sun announced, his tone dropping. “Three pirate signatures entering the sector, a Cutlass Black and two Buccaneers. They think we’re an easy target.”
Captain Lua grinned, switching her comms channel. “They picked the wrong crew; Polaris, clear the skies; Ironclad, man the turrets.”
Instead of fleeing like traditional merchant haulers, Sunchaser Corp held its ground. The RSI Polaris surged forward, its automated turret grids tracking the targets instantly while its missile bays locked on. The lead Buccaneer dived in, but a volley of defensive fire from the Polaris shattered its shields in seconds, vaporizing the fighter into a cloud of expanding debris.
Seeing an industrial fleet backed by a military-grade capital ship, the remaining pirates broke formation and punched their quantum drives to escape.
“Threat neutralized,” Sun reported, a rare chuckle coming through the comms. “And look at that—fresh scrap just dropped right into our laps for the Reclaimer crews.”
Captain Lua smiled as the fleet returned to normal operations. The traders went back to haggling, the miners went back to lasers, and the freelancers kept moving. For Sunchaser Corp, it was just another Tuesday in the verse. Tomorrow they would open the Merchantman’s docks to the public, pocket the credits, and chart a course directly into the next sunrise.
SUNCHASER CORP MANIFESTO
“Follow the light, claim the stars.”
WE ARE THE FREELANCERS OF THE BLACK
We do not answer to the Board of Directors at ArcCorp, nor do we bow to the dynamic taxations of Hurston Dynamics. Sunchaser Corp belongs to the independent spacers, the miners who bleed stone, the salvagers who breathe recycled oxygen, and the merchants who know the true value of a hand-shake deal. Born in the shadows of Levski and forged in the lawless vacuum of the Nyx system, we are an empire built by the working class, for the working class.
OUR CORE PILLARS:
-Industrial Might: We strip the discarded hulls of the forgotten and crack the richest asteroids in the verse. If it can be mined, scraped, or re-engineered, it belongs to us.
-Merchant Spirit: Wealth is freedom. Through the grand bazaars of our Banu Merchantman, we keep the wheels of independent commerce spinning across systems.
-Unyielding Defense: We do not look for fights, but we always finish them. Our industry is shielded by the heavy armor of our Ironclads and the crushing tactical dominance of the RSI Polaris.
THE SUNCHASER CREED:
-The Crew Before the Credit: A ship is only as strong as the souls inside it. We leave no freelancer behind, and we share the haul equally.
-Honor the Unclaimed Space: The UEE does not dictate our borders. We go where the resources are, we hold our ground, and we protect our claims with ballistic fire if necessary.
-Turn Scrap into Sovereign Power: What the mega-corporations discard as waste, we reshape into our survival. Every piece of junk is a bullet, a component, or a commodity waiting to happen.
THE CALL TO ARMS:
To the disillusioned corporate pilots, the weary asteroid miners, and the drift-space traders looking for a home: the fires of Levski are burning, and the fleet is spinning up its quantum drives. Pack your gear, check your seals, and aim your sensors toward the sunrise. Sunchaser Corp is moving out. Claim your stars.
SUNCHASER CORP ORGANIZATIONAL CHARTER
“The Law of the Fleet, Forged in Nyx”
I. STRUCTURE & THE TRIAD:
Sunchaser Corp operates under a decentralized industrial command system based out of Levski, Nyx. The organization is anchored by three foundational fleet divisions, each led by its respective flagship:
-The Merchant Division (Flagship: Banu Merchantman): Governs all trading, supply lines, local bazaars, and economic relations with outside freelancers.
-The Industrial Division (Flagship: Aegis Reclaimer): Oversees all mining operations, salvage scraping, component extraction, and raw material processing.
-The Security Division (Flagship: RSI Polaris): Provides lethal fleet defense, fighter escorts, regional reconnaissance, and anti-piracy operations.
II. RULES OF ENGAGEMENT (ROE)Defensive Posture:
-Sunchaser Corp does not initiate unprovoked aggression or piracy.
-Absolute Retaliation: If a Sunchaser asset or allied freelancer is fired upon, all nearby units are authorized to deploy maximum force to neutralize the threat.
-The Salvage Exception: Any vessel explicitly confirmed as hostile, abandoned in deep space, or belonging to outlaw factions (e.g., Nine Tails) is classified as company property for salvage and scraping.
III. FISCAL POLICY & PROFIT SPLITS:
-The Contractor’s Cut: Freelancers running solo missions under the Sunchaser banner keep 85% of their trade or industrial profits. A 15% corporate tax feeds the fuel, ammo, and repair reserves of the defense fleet.
-Organized Operations: For fleet-wide operations involving capital ships (Polaris, Reclaimer, Merchantman), profits are split evenly among all participants after operational costs (fuel, repairs, ordnance) are settled.
-The Safety Net: If a member loses their ship while defending corporate cargo or mining assets, the org treasury will fund the insurance expedite fees or provide a loaner vessel.
IV. CODE OF CONDUCT:
-No Corporate Espionage: Sunchaser Corp values transparency. Leaking fleet movements, trade routes, or coordinate data to mega-corporations (e.g., Hurston, ArcCorp) or pirate syndicates results in immediate exile.
-Autonomy of the Individual: Every member is a freelancer first. No one can force you to fly a specific ship or log hours against your will, provided your commitments during active operations are fulfilled.
-Respect the Rock: When docked at Levski, members must respect the independent, anti-authoritarian spirit of the station. We do not bring corporate politics home.
