This Company Charter (“Charter”) establishes the governance, purpose, and operating principles of SubRosa Secure Communications LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company (“Company”), organized pursuant to the Delaware Limited Liability Company Act, as amended from time to time.

The Company is formed to engage in any lawful business activity permitted under the laws of the State of Delaware, including but not limited to communications technology, networking services, gaming connectivity solutions, digital infrastructure, media production, software development, virtual community operations, intellectual property management, and related commercial activities.
