Independent, but not alone. The Agora Network connects capable operators to share opportunity, fill the gaps, and get things done—on your terms.

History

You find something worth doing—but you can’t finish it alone.

Maybe your crew isn’t online. Maybe you just need the right people at the right time.

That’s where this network comes in.

The Agora Network didn’t begin as an organization — it began as a pattern.

Out on the edges of the ‘verse, most work doesn’t happen in organized fleets. It happens between individuals.

A call goes out. A job needs finishing. Someone answers.

Independent operators kept running into the same reality: opportunity was everywhere, but completing it often required more than one set of hands. Most didn’t need a command structure or a standing crew — just the right people at the right time.

The Pattern

A miner would call in a hauler. A salvager would bring in security. A scout would pass along a lead they couldn’t finish alone.

No contracts. No hierarchy. Just mutual benefit and a shared understanding:

Handle things cleanly, and you’ll be called again.

Over time, those interactions became something more consistent.

The Network

The Agora Network formed as a way to keep those connections alive — a loose web of capable operators linking up to share opportunity, fill gaps, and finish what one alone couldn’t.

It isn’t a corporation… It isn’t a chain of command…

It’s a network — built on fair dealing, shared opportunity, and the reputation you carry with you.

Manifesto

The Agora Network exists to support independent operators.

We believe most work in the ‘verse doesn’t require hierarchy — it requires capability, trust, and the willingness to work together when it makes sense.

What We Are Not

We are not here to replace your organization.
We do not control your time.
We do not claim your work.

You operate on your own terms.

What We Value

  • Fair dealing over advantage
  • Reliability over promises
  • Cooperation over control

Why We Exist

Opportunity is not always clean or complete.

The Agora Network exists to bridge that gap.

We connect the right people at the right time to turn partial opportunities into finished outcomes.

How This Works

There is no standing command…
There is no forced participation…
There is no hidden structure…

What holds this network together is simple:
bq. Shared interest. Mutual benefit. Reputation.

Operate independently…
Work together when it makes sense…
Keep it fair…

Charter

The Agora Network exists to connect independent operators through fair dealing, mutual benefit, and voluntary cooperation.

Participation in the network is based on how you operate.

Core Expectations

Operate Fairly
Honor what you agree to. No hidden cuts, no misrepresentation, no exploitation of others’ work.

Communicate Clearly
Be direct about intent, expectations, and outcomes. Avoid ambiguity that creates problems for others.

Respect Independence
Every member runs their own operations. No one is obligated beyond what they choose.

Contribute Constructively
Engage in ways that move work forward. Do not create unnecessary friction or disruption.

Working Within the Network

  • Participation is voluntary
  • Terms are agreed upon by the parties involved
  • Outcomes should reflect what was agreed

The network facilitates connection — not control.

Access & Participation

The Agora Network is open to independent operators and organizations who align with its principles.

There is no formal onboarding process.

Access is established through participation.

Individual Operators

Individuals engage with the network by:

  • Introducing themselves
  • Sharing or responding to opportunities
  • Working with others when it makes sense

Operators are also encouraged to use the RSI Join function to register as official members of The Agora Network.

This does not create obligation — it reflects alignment and intent to participate.

Your place in the network is defined by how you operate.

Organizations

Organizations may connect to The Agora Network as a supplement to their existing structure.

This is not a merger, affiliation, or chain of command.

Org leaders and members may:

  • Share opportunities that fall outside their internal capacity
  • Source independent operators to fill gaps
  • Allow their members to participate freely as individuals

Participation is optional and situational.

Expectations

Whether individual or organization, participation assumes:

  • Fair dealing in all agreements
  • Respect for independence — no recruitment pressure or resource claims
  • Clear communication of roles, terms, and outcomes
  • Use of the network to support operations — not control them

The Agora Network is a shared space, not a controlled one.

What You Commit To

By participating, you are not committing to the network — you are committing to how you operate within it.

  • Honor your agreements
  • Engage in good faith
  • Avoid creating unnecessary friction

Trust is built through consistent behavior, not declared membership.

Disputes

  • Resolve issues privately first
  • Provide evidence if escalation is required
  • Public callouts and harassment are not permitted

Disqualifying Conduct

Patterns of the following may result in loss of access or removal:

  • Failure to honor agreements
  • Repeated unreliability or disruption
  • Misuse of shared information
  • Interference with others’ opportunities
  • Conduct that undermines trust within the network

Security & Good Faith

The Agora Network is built on trust between independent operators.

Using the network to deceive, exploit, or entrap others undermines that foundation and will not be tolerated.

This includes:

  • Using opportunities as a pretense for piracy without clear disclosure
  • Setting traps or ambushes through false coordination
  • Misrepresenting intent, risk, or conditions of an operation

The network does not prohibit piracy as a playstyle.

However, participation requires honesty about intent.

If risk exists, it must be made clear.

Operators are expected to make informed decisions based on accurate information — not manipulation.

Any use of the network in bad faith may result in immediate loss of access.

Enforcement

The Agora Network maintains a light-touch approach to oversight.

Access to the network is based on demonstrated behavior.
Trust is built over time — and can be reduced or removed when standards are not upheld.

Core Principle

Operate independently. Work together when it makes sense. Keep it fair.
