History

Black Nova Contractors was not founded in glory — it was born from betrayal.

Thirty years ago, during the final months of the Outer Rim Secession Conflict, a classified strike group was deployed on a mission that officially “never happened.” The unit was composed of elite pilots, tactical engineers, and ground operatives pulled from multiple fleets. Their orders were simple: neutralize a rogue weapons platform orbiting a dying star before it destabilized the system.

They succeeded.

What command failed to mention was that the system was inhabited.

When the star went nova prematurely due to sabotage within High Command, billions were displaced. The strike team was blamed for the catastrophe, quietly discharged, and erased from official records to preserve political stability.

The survivors refused to disappear.

With no pensions, no recognition, and nothing left but their ships and each other, they rebuilt. They rebranded. They chose a name that reminded the galaxy what happens when powerful people make desperate choices.

Manifesto

We were there when the light failed.

Governments rewrite history. Corporations buy absolution. Admirals retire with medals polished over graves. We were offered silence.

We remove threats others secretly fund.

We are paid. We are armed. We are accountable to our own code.

We do not burn worlds.
