No business can be conducted on the Hotel premises, including fighting and carrying out contracts on other assassins in the hotel.
Also a blood oath marker must be carried out or else.
History
We have long served customers needing a comfortable living space to relax without the risk of being killed.
Manifesto
The Continental Hotel is a place where business can be safely conducted even (or especially) when there is a bounty on your head- this allows someone to possibly buy off his bounty or negotiate with the person who placed that bounty without having to worry about being assassinated in the meanwhile.
Anyone who has not broken its rules (and has the means to pay) can stay here. The rules are more or less the same as a regular hotel, but breaking the rule against killing a patron is punishable by death.
