The Technoteam was founded as a standalone initiative, created to work in close collaboration with the SDM Association. From the beginning, the goal was simple: bring together people with broad technical curiosity and the willingness to act where others hesitate.
What started as a small group of versatile contributors grew into a collective of “Technoteamers” — or TC’ers — known for their wide-ranging skill sets and adaptability across virtually any domain. Rather than focusing on a single discipline, the Technoteam developed a culture of continuous learning, critical observation, and practical improvement.
Over time, the Technoteam became recognized not just for executing tasks, but for improving plans, questioning assumptions, and strengthening daily operations wherever it was involved. This mindset remains at the core of everything the Technoteam does today.
We are the Technoteam.
We believe that useful work begins with a wide view. Our Technoteamers are trained to look beyond the obvious, to notice what can be improved, and to act on it. No domain is too unfamiliar, no challenge too small or too complex to be examined.
We stand for versatility, responsibility, and delivery. We pick up work where it is needed and see it through — with clarity on scope, timing, and results.
We believe in accountability. Work is delivered first; administration follows. An invoice comes after the job is done, regardless of expectations or formal requests, because contribution matters more than paperwork.
We exist to do something. When there is work to be picked up, a problem to be solved, or an improvement to be made, you can count on the Technoteam to step in and move things forward.
We are not here to talk.
We are here to act.
We are legion.
We do not forgive.
We sometimes forget.
The Technoteam exists to support, improve, and execute work across a wide range of domains in close cooperation with the SDM Association. Its purpose is to identify needs, take responsibility for action, and deliver tangible results where they are most effective.
The Technoteam operates as an independent initiative. While closely aligned with the SDM Association, it maintains autonomy in its operations, decision-making, and execution. This independence enables flexibility, rapid response, and cross-domain involvement.
Members of the Technoteam, referred to as Technoteamers or TC’ers, are selected based on versatility, reliability, and willingness to learn.
Each TC’er is expected to:
Maintain a broad and open technical perspective
Continuously develop skills across multiple domains
Actively identify improvements to plans, processes, and daily operations
Take ownership of tasks from start to delivery
The Technoteam is capable of undertaking a wide variety of tasks, provided they are legally permitted and ethically responsible. Work may be initiated by request or identified proactively by the Technoteam itself.
The team values clarity in delivery time, outcome, and responsibility, regardless of task complexity or domain.
The Technoteam prioritizes action over formality. Work is performed first, evaluated upon completion, and documented afterward. Administrative processes, including invoicing, follow delivery rather than precede it.
Collaboration, transparency, and practical problem-solving guide all engagements.
All Technoteam activities must comply with applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards. Responsibility for decisions and outcomes lies with the Technoteam and its members.
Quality, integrity, and trust are non-negotiable principles.
The Technoteam commits to being dependable, adaptable, and effective. When a challenge arises, a gap appears, or progress stalls, the Technoteam steps in to move things forward.
This Charter is a living document. It may be reviewed and updated as the Technoteam evolves, while preserving its core principles and purpose.
